I’ve been here a few times. The first time I went maybe a half a year ago wasn’t bad. Last two times have been kind of terrible.. I’m describing tonight’s experience first because I hope this gets back to the woman who was working, who sadly I believe was the manager. She was rude as all hell. I’m minding my business getting cashed out just fine and she comes up demanding to see my phone for a coupon. The cashier said something to her and then she walked off, but not before giving me a dirty look first. Then she comes out to give me my food, with no smile. She hands me the pops, one of which proceeds to spill on my passenger seat because the lid wasn’t on it securely. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. I apologized to HER for taking too long to take the second bag because I was dealing with the mess she didn’t bother to apologize or even offer napkins (which weren’t in the bag) for. On top of that, I was charged for four pops when I ordered and was given three, and I was charged for the three pies I ordered and received only two. No sauce I asked for was given. And the food was stale and lukewarm. Tastes good, but stale and lukewarm. This was the tip of the iceberg and moving forward I will drive the extra 5-10 minutes to go to a different location for better service.

Whoppers are my fav and the fries with bbq sauce always hit. Two words Juicy and Delicious. Big D because it’s seriously good! Also I love to get the root beer soda with my food it always compliments the meal. Great people, Fast service I’m glad they’re still open as Burger Kings has become very scarce to find. Keep them in business and eat here!!

Choose another BK. It took me 30 minutes to get my food because they were having people pull up to wait for food – completely backing up the drive thru. When I asked why they aren’t having people go park they said “well the food would be mixed up.” Or you could write the type of car and color on the bag… it’s not Chick-fil-A there aren’t that many orders to mix up. I guess I can’t expect that level of competency from fast food workers.

Placed an order through the Burger King app and when I went to pick up at the counter the doors were locked at 5:30pm. I had to sit through drive through and was told they didnt have my order so i had to show them to prove it. After waiting in line for 25 minutes I finally got it even though the order was placed an hour before. So after getting home my family got to enjoy some REALLY BURNT FOOD… the order was just 2 whoppers, 2 chicken sands, and a fish sand.

Best burger King in liviona. Been here plenty of times and no bad interactions drive thru and inside. Come here during lunch because it’s delicious. Fries are either bad or good. Overall, the best in city. Best thing is the inside. I actually like it. 10/10. Getting it again.

Blog mania! Googlers new 1 coming up. Pics 2! Good service and nice people working ‍♂️ here. This is location was really busy. Allow some time ⏲️ when you stop ✋️ by here. Dining room closed dew to post pandemical times ⏲️. I had a B.K. date . She said if you drive I’ll buy. We ordered two B.K. $ 5.00 combo bags . That’s 2 mini whopper burgers , 2 onion rings instead of fries have our way like they say, 2 chicken nuggets with ranch sauce , and 2 drinks being rootbeer n sprite. I like say that our food was very hot , made correctly , and delicious . There was a new guy at the drive thru window . He did forget our onion ring sauce, ranch sauce, & napkins. I had to walk back upto the drive thru window to retrieve our items He forgot. No harm ment & he apologized.

Location in the last month has gone downhill. It’s like somebody has sucked the soul out of the place. Most of the workers don’t seem to have the drive to work there. I’ve been there multiple times and different times. I’ve had the best experience with Carlos and Damien always laughing and leaving with a smile. Best duo ever. If it weren’t for them I would do 0 stars. The male night manager during the week always looks like he has an attitude. My last few times I haven’t seen Damien maybe they should bring him back. Him and Carlos together had the line moving and everything was always fresh. Now it’s just not as fun going there.
