I’m sorry to give this rating, but it’s blatantly obvious this location is surely understaffed. My Impossible burger was burnt and extremely salty. The “sweet tea” was not fresh. The staff that were there were nice. But you could tell they weren’t happy & it showed in the food. Fries were good though! ☮️

Many would call me nuts to compare Burger King to the new wave of popular fast food burger joints (e.g., In-N-Out, Shake Shack, Five Guys, etc.) but the taste of a whopper is still one of my favorites. I don’t know if the flamed grill flavor is artificially enhanced or not but I LIKE it. Best to get carry out and enjoy it somewhere nice (home, park, etc.). Not a dine in type of place in my opinion.

Upon on entering the drive-thru I sat in the drive-thru for probably about 25 minutes, before I even got to order, finally ordered my meals, sat there again for another 10 minutes just for the girl to get my meal incorrect. Went back into the establishment to get my meal corrected and the manager or supervisor with blonde and green hair was on the phone!! she finally acknowledged me, I told her that my order was incorrect and that I was missing three items 2 Whopper Juniors with cheese and one double cheeseburger with onion,I ended up getting the double cheeseburger with onion but no Whopper Juniors, I got 2 burgers with just pickles on them,the supervisor wasn’t listening because her phone call about tinted windows was more important, sad thing I told her 3 times what was missing. I won’t be going back. Burger King needs to get your stuff together.

Came and ordered a number 1 with an large onions ring on the side I asked for my stuff to be cooked to order and I didn’t mind waiting (because there food is usually sitting for hours) first time I received food my food was just redropped then when I asked for my money back it was an issue so another manger perceived to make it better just to get my order and the food be the same food again.
