Was in a hurry and drive thru is supposed to be convenient apparently Washington indiana does think so. Ordered just a drink and sat in line for 15 minutes and cars in front wasn’t even moving. Poor , poor service. I mean seriously if you can’t get anyone they a drive thru in 15 minutes might as well close down. I’m not sure about the other 3 vehicles were sitting there before I got there or how long they waited after I left.

Horrible establishment. Waited several minutes for someone to take our order. Then proceeded to wait in the lobby for an hour for food that never came. The employee bagging food had ZERO idea of what she was doing. The shift manager was barely holding it together. The cook in the back was insulting another customer repeatedly yelling “stop staring” from the back as if there was anything else to do besides watch these people scramble. Walked up to the counter for a refund, and the employee bagging food refused to help me after acknowledging I was standing there several times. I will never return to this and possibly any BK again.

Not sure cause but the last two visits took nearly 20 + mins to get food in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead. Forgot straw Friday time and had to ask the second. Special order food was wrong. Staff seemed helpful but very friendly. Food was prepared okay.

Update: Never got food even after an hour of waiting. Had to walk up to the reigsters and ask for my money back, and had to call out for someone to help me because even though once again the person expediting food would not come to register after acknowledging my presence, turned around and disregard I was there. They all should absolutely be fired.

This is the worst burger king around. The Black manager needs fired. I checked my bag at the window and They made my sandwich (a $7 dollar whopper made like a rodeo burger with bacon and cheese) wrong. I didn’t have the onion rings on it and it was literally cold. The cheese wasn’t melted at all. So we asked for the sandwich to be made correctly and hot. The manager replied with well it’s not going to be hot. Then the lady handing out the order asked us to go to the other side of the Building to wait for the replacement. A few minutes later the lady that was at the window (not the manager) handed us the sandwich it was literally so hot that it burnt my hand when I went to open it. It had so much bbq on the that the bun was soggy it was literally worse then the first sandwich. But we couldn’t get it remade because we had other things to do. My girlfriend called the store to ask the manager for a refund or something and what she was going to do about it and the manager replied with what do you want me to do about it then she was so rude when she asked for a refund and was like why do you guys come here then just going off being completely belligerent until she just decides to hang up on us. So unprofessional and uncalled for especially to paying customers! In case you read this… We the customers make your job possible! Probably won’t come back again and we were frequent customers. Mixed review. The food has been good lately, but the music of chief keef blasting through out the restaurant would be a turn off for elderly and anyone offended by cuss words and vulgarity or have kids. Food was bad though
