Went and ordered very specifically their Bacon King meal and was given the complete wrong order. When we called and informed them the burger was a whopper and not what I ordered they hung up on us. We called again and asked specifically for the manager, Melissa, and she heard what my husband said then told him “we can’t fix it” then hung up on us again. They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. 0/10 would NOT recommend this store.

This Burger King is located close to my work site so I use it often… There’s been a few times where I wanted to like swap out the bread to my sandwich and have been told no. I don’t care for thick bread… And I thought I could have it my way? I’m just playing it’s not that serious. I waited in line for 10 minutes for the cashier/manager to take my order. Mind you, she had NO issue taking the 2 individuals before me who were in line. But when I stepped up, she told me that it would “be a minute”….that became 10 when she spilled a shake and then had to announce to all in the back of her situation and speak on it. All this time, I had my BK app open to use the coupon that I’d selected. By the time she came back, after inputting the WRONG numbers, she asked if I “was aware of her staffing issues?”… My response was that it was of NO concern for me as the customer. My concern was your inability to at least take my order in a timely fashion. By the time you did (and after messing that up)….I lost access to the one use coupon that I had!
