The service was terrible!! One of the managers who took my money put her bare non washed hand over my hashbrowns. I asked for more hashbrowns because I didn’t want her touching my food. She got upset and got another staff member serve me. The staff came from I’m guessing the dining area. She grabs the hashbrowns without washing her hands. I asked for my money back. The staff member yells, “You better come and get her before she gets cussed out!” I have the right to be comfortable with whoever serving me my food. If you have a problem with someone questioning your hands being clean/sanitary when handling their food, they probably aren’t clean. You’re not serving your family. You’re serving the public and I don’t want your germs!!

Service is TERRIBLE every single time I come here. Today I waited for my food for over 40 minutes. Last time I came here, I was the only one in line and sat there for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me. I pulled up and told them I think their speaker is broken and the guy had attitude and cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said “what do you want?”. He gave me my food for free, but this place is NOT WORTH IT. I hate coming here. The food is fine, but there’s lots of fast food in fort wayne… This is my last time coming here.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and one came with a very clear bite out of the chicken patty. Bread and condiments were untouched yet a bite had been taken out of the chicken patty. I do not recommend ordering anything from this establishment if they are okay sending food out that has been partially eaten!

I’m so glad that the lobby was opened after so many visits of only drive-thru available. The staff is always so friendly even when they are stressed.

Just went there before they were closing up. The gentleman with the goatee was really sweet and didn’t complain I was there before closing. Him and the cook was really accommodating to make me 2 burgers. I would not have blamed them if they had told me they were out of stuff or cleaning up. But they were so awesome. 12/10 would come to get burgers again (probably not at 9:48pm lol)

Just went here with my boyfriend during a long drive, (nov 20, around 8pm) there was a woman working here with her husband as the cook, and I think they may have been the only ones working. She was so super nice, she asked if we would be alright waiting a couple of minutes so she could get caught up and finish changing the oil in the fryers, and expressed her gratitude multiple times when we said that’s fine. Even though it was empty when we showed up, I could tell she’s had a tough busy night. When I got my chicken fries they were fresh, hot, and you could tell they were cooked in the new oil. She gave a coupon for our willingness to wait, and kept thanking us for being so nice. I think during a time when places are so short staffed it is important to be grateful for the employees that can stay smiling through it all.

Got a spicy chicken sandwich meal and only had 2 little pieces of lettuce, cold fries and stale sprite. Instead of saying “hi welcome to burger King what can I get for you” I got a “what do you want”

Food is good, but last few times we have been there they haven’t put any tomatoes on our Impossible Whoppers. Not sure there is a tomato shortage (not a problem in the grocery stores) or just lazy employees not prepping food. Nothing like paying more for an item and getting less.
