Well you see when I got there my service was upsetting. I had to repeat my order multiple time and the girl behind the cash register was getting upset with me not to mention my food was a little cold and covered in condiments

Really tired of the very impersonal drive-thru. The only conversation you ever have with them is how much you owe. Or asking me to tell them again what I ordered. “What did you have” ? Was very short. A smile and a Thank you is not to much to ask. Sunday morning breakfast hours are the majority of my visits there. And no bacon on my breakfast sandwich this morning……

I sat at the drive thru speaker putting in my order and when I was done I waited until they gave me my bill and I sat there for over 5 minutes then when I went to the window no one came up to it and I even tried calling them twice and no answer. It said that they were open but I think they ignored me just so they wouldn’t have to make my food.

This location does not know the breakfast menu. No one higher available than the manager, because he would not provide a contact. No one at this franchisee is available for comment. If you choose this location, you may have to tell them what ingredients are to be on the item you plan on ordering. Best idea is to walk a little ways, and go to McDonalds

This place is hit and miss. I have sometimes gone when other drive thrus are busy and gotten right through. But other times, I have waited forever when I am the only car or one of just a few. The food is onnbar with what you would expect from BK.

My crew and I stopped for a quick bite. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service we received. In Fortwayne your lucky to get through the line within 15 minutes. This location is quick fast and spot on with your order. Thanks for your fast efficient service

Lobby is clean and the service was good. The Manager tonight is doing an awesome job. I also like the way he is telling his crew that they are doing a good job after the rush. I would recommend this Burger King.
