1 out of the 5 times I’ve been in the past month they have gotten what I ordered correctly, sat and the drive thru speaker for 10 mins and the window for 5 just to get burnt fries and the complete wrong order. If I could give less than one star I would.

The worst the lady working drive thru was really rude didn’t have nothing positive to say. I asked for ketchup and sweet and sour got rude reply’s food was so cold my nuggets were so hard. Never experienced this with other burger kings and with this one being in beaver creek you’d think it would be good hell no. Never again.

Went later in the evening. Wasn’t sure if open. Lights on, but no smoke coming from roof. Showing that they were still making whoppers. Pulled up to menu board to order, could hear female talking. But not asking for my ordered. Waited a few minutes, still hadn’t been asked what I would like. So I interrupt her conversation. Asking if it was okay to order. A male voice came across the speaker telling me to wait. With in a couple of minutes he came back asking what I would like. I told him the whopper special, 2 for $10. Was told they were out of whoppers. But they did have the whopper Jr. So I asked if I could have them for the 2 for $10. Was told no, it would cost more money. I informed the male voice he didn’t have to be so rude. So I asked for the 2 chicken for $10 special. I was asked for my drink order. I replied ice coffee for both. Male voice responded, rudely saying pop only. I responded that I don’t drink pop. Could I have something else. Was told again pop. So I asked for tea, he responded with my total. Told me to pull forward. After getting my food, I went home and opened the bag. I couldn’t believe the quality of food I received. Money is tight for a lot of people, so when you do get to go out to eat. It should be worth the money you are spending. I filled out the customer survey on the receipt that night. But have not heard back from any one. This happened on a Friday night and the next day I drove back to the same location for lunch. Asked for a whopper meal. Was given, what I asked for. Made a comment to the cashier. You must have gotten a delivery of whoppers this morning. And she politely said no. Told me that they’re had whopper. Delivery was early in the week. So basically the male voice from the night before lied, he just for what ever reason didn’t want to do his job. What ever happened to workers taking pride in there work? I understand alot of companies are short staff. I don’t mind the wait. I do mind being lied to and totally be rude. That I don’t have to put up with. I am posting pictures of the food I received, asking the readers of my comments, would you have paid $10 plus tax for this order?

I ordered online, included one large onion-rings which I usually do from Burger King. However, when we got home it was missing the onion rings. My wife is driving to the restaurant right now to pick one up but in the meantime I requested assistance in the app. The digital assistant offered me $5 makeup (the item price was $3.19). I declined the offer because it didn’t understand that it’s not about the money as much as sitting down and be able to eat your lunch in peace. My food is now cold, I will regrettably discard all of it; a loss of $18 plus the inconvenience. Regrettably, I won’t be ordering from the Burger King anytime soon, starting with deleting their app off my phone. If I sound mad, sorry, I am kinda upset and hungry too 🙂

This burger king has really came up the last 2 weeks since being under new management and the Manger with the short blond hair is very pleasant in the morning and one of the reasons I like getting my breakfast there every morning! Keep up the good work!

Believe it or not I just stopped at this location to get a Hi-C drink. Yes I went in a drive-thru just to get a fountain drink. No food this time. But the staff were kind. Wasn’t too long of a wait. I would recommend this location.

I’d like to thank you for shutting down your dine in area. I was suddenly hungry and wanted to sit inside while eating, but your doors were locked. So I continued onto Walmart and found I could sit and eat a sub instead which is much healthier than burgers. I do believe you should remove the tag that says you are done in as that is false advertising
