Order was made wrong. Went back and the manager tried to argue that its been over an hour since we ordered, which the receipt clearly showed otherwise, asked for just 1 right sandwich and fresh fries, he wouldn’t do that, even though clearly our food is now cold. We even brought back the entire order of food nothing was missing, we just want 1 correct sandwich out of 3 and fresh fries. Then told me he could print off a receipt showing me he refunded the money, just argued that it will be refunded in 3 to 5 days….very poor and rude customer service. The kicker, we were the only customers there when we ordered. Will never return there again and give them my money, not worth it for wrong food and nasty cold fries.

He has been here for a month and I had a bad experience with a manager on duty. I decide to go today, give it a second chance. The person in charge of shift treats customers badly. The dining room says it closes at 12 and at 9:30 it doesn’t tell us that it closes in half an hour. He had not trained the employee correctly, he made his mistakes (which did not bother us) we simply explained what we had asked for and the manager on duty tells us that he cannot do anything and comes back and charges us again. He doesn’t know anything about what he’s doing. We notify him that we had incomplete orders and he tells us that we had taken something (which was not true). I’m not really going back. It didn’t just happen with us. other customers came in and he had the same attitude towards them. It should be noted that the manager in shift hours was doing mechanics on his car.

I always give great reviews when service is good. This was terrible at Piqua Burger King. We first tried to door dash the food (you know to give some jobs in the area for people when we are busy) well that imploded and it wasn’t the dasher fault. The restaurant pretended our order didn’t exist. Dasher sat there like a fool. So we had to cancel order and went to the drive through ourselves to see what’s going on and they told us to back up from the second window back to the first window so their timer would improve. Uhhhhh. What? So if anyone from corporate believes this restaurants timer data they’re manipulating it. Read the rest of my reviews. I always give good credit where it’s due and this place isn’t it. I literally can’t remove the one star.

My husband and I stopped here after I had a surgical procedure. We were hungry and wanted some lunch! Both the manager on duty and the cook were extremely helpful and friendly. Our food was Perfect! Thanks again, Piqua Burger King.

Staff rushed me with my order. then sat in the drive thru at the window for 5 min. Egg normous burrito shell was hard and really greasy, Bacon was like rubber and tasted funny. Hash browns were cold and hard. I just threw the food away. Store looks run down and dirty. $10 for a medium breakfast combo…. If you are really craving burger king go to troy…
