We stopped in for lunch and had the best experience at a fast food restaurant we’ve had in a long time. To the manager that was working on 8-29-23 around noon, you are an amazing leader. Had the store clean fresh food and everyone working, all while being very respectful to not only us as the consumer but to your staff as well. You spoke to them and directed them in the most positive way possible. I hope your upper management sees this review. You could lead anywhere. Thank you for the positive experience.

This has to be the worst Burger King I’ve ever ate at..EVER! First of all we had been traveling all night and half the day. Needless to say, we were starving! So we stopped to grab a quick 2 for $10 meal. The restaurant was pretty empty but we didn’t think anything of that. We ordered our food and the male worker brought us our drink cups and sat them on the counter, and I swear to you, they had 5 little pieces of ice in each!! I honestly just thought ok.. if I need more, I’ll get it out of their upgraded drink machine. Well that was not happening cause it had no ice in it at all. To top that off..the drinks from the machine were warm. So our ice melted on contact without chilling our drinks at all. When our order was ready, the lady sat the tray down on the counter and said “here”. We took the food and sat down to eat. The fries felt and tasted as if they had been left over from the previous shift..lol. They match the temperature of my dr. Pepper perfectly. My man’s chicken sandwich was so hard and dry he could barely chew it. My whopper was cold. The bread was hard. The lettuce was browning and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I love whoppers. I’ve never thrown away a whopper, til today! Over half of it went to the trash. The store’s appearance was top notch. Very clean looking. Literally no customers inside, only 1 in the drive thru while we were there. Locals already know to avoid this location obviously. This review is for all us “out of towners” that don’t.

It took several minutes to just get my order taken with no one on line. Then an employee came out & said “sorry, someone will be right with you.” Few minutes later another employee went to the register, but only to ring on her food. THEN, she took my order. & It took almost 12min to get 2 large onion rings & 2 rodeo cheeseburgers.

We wanted to try the new Whopper melt. We ordered one sandwich. There was a car pulled up to wait. They had us pull up to wait. Ten minutes later someone comes out with the orders for both cars. The sandwich we got looked nothing like what BK is advertising. Bread not toasted. Raw onions. I can look past long waits as long as I get my order made properly. I will never stop at this location again.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. Cooperate or something needs to shut this place down and start over with staff. Yet another experience of a nasty attitude from drive thru. Horrible experience. Order was switched with someone else’s. Manager or shift leader whoever this person was shouldn’t be in the customer service field. He handed me what I ordered, however it was cold from where it sat until I returned. There was no apology for their mistake, he just sat food on the counter. He is a man that obviously does not want to work. Also last but not least my daughter’s chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise globbed on it that she wouldn’t eat it.

The manager was yelling at her employees startling everyone ( older black woman) the soda machine was out of 90% of the drinks, the playroom was about 80° and the playset was sticky and needs to be cleaned.

I drove through this evening and ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and a fish sandwich. The cheese sticks were ice cold and hard enough to break a tooth. The fish sandwich was hard as a rock and cold. It’s like they had been dug from a dumpster from three days ago and shoved in a bag. Absolutely disgusting. I’m afraid to eat it. So thanks Burger King, money wasted and no dinner for me tonight. I’ll never go back to this location.
