The young lady that took my order was polite and efficient. HOWEVER, my food was NOT correct!!! I was charged for cheese and tomatoes and didn’t get either on my fish sandwiches and I asked for no pickles, but there were pickles on both sandwiches… And I had to pull over and wait for food that wasn’t made correctly!!! Doesn’t the sandwich make wear a headset so they can hear the order AND don’t they have a screen to read with the order on it… Ijs, BK Eastgate, y’all need to do better!!!

This burger king like most others has slow service and usually inexperienced workers. I’m usually not one to complain about service at fast food restaurants Because I know it is hard work and there is a lot of turn around. But to be consistently slow all the time is frustrating. I Like to use mobile apps to order from restaurants.I Don’t know why maybe it’s because you can get deals and earn points and earn free food. But most of the time I order from any Burger King It would have been just as fast to order it from the drive thru.

The cashier he was very slow and kept apologize every time he saw me at the counter. Then the food was not hot or even warm. The lady that was doing the fries and onion rings act like she didn’t want to do her job. I will never come back to this Burger King in Eastgate area. It’s like the workers are in a daze or high on something.

Food was made incorrectly by a guy in dirty jeans and a black snow cap with no gloves on as he threatened to beat up a woman manager for telling him how to do his job correctly. He was screaming and yelling and causing a scene so bad that the cashier apologized for his behavior. We ordered 2 sandwiches inside, and both were made wrong on purpose. One was no onion and no mustard, so he put a gallon of mustard and a bunch of onions only on the sandwich because he was mad about something unrelated to our visit. It was not a good experience and the food wasn’t very good. I would suggest going to a different burger king if you want good food that’s made correctly and not handled by some dirty guys’ bare hands.

I don’t eat much fast food but when I do it’s usually chicken nuggets and Fry’s and this is the only place I ever get them is that Burger King because they in my opinion hands down have the best chicken nuggets and fries. And this is the only place that I really like the ranch dressing at I sometimes purchase extra Ranch just so that I can have it at home some of the employees here are pretty awesome they have a guy that works the drive-thru a lot when I come through he is the most upbeat happy person I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant I wish I could think of his name right now so that I could add that but I just cannot think of it but if people who read this and they’ve been through that drive-thru a lot they would know exactly who I’m talking about I usually do use the drive-thru so I can’t say a whole lot about the inside from time to time I do go in and order if the drive thru is too long but what I seen the inside of the facility is pretty clean the outside is as well
