I went there because I didn’t have time to make lunch I asked large fries and soda to go; I received it and I left but when I open my bag I found this fries, I’m disappointed because I trusted them that they gave me the good product, they were kind but the product is not right for me

Ordered Big King no lettuce. It was not a big king. I was not impressed at all!

Ordered 2 Whoppers for $5. When I got home, I found that one of the Whoppers only had half a patty. Very disappointed. There’s no way this wasn’t noticed by a worker.

Never have gotten my order correct, never once. The wait takes forever even if you’re the only one there. You’d think oh only person ordering food well atleast it’ll be hit. Nope food quality is poor and always cold. Even if you call a GM they act as if this is standard operating procedure. So just I refuse to go to this BK. I’ll drive to Milford to their BK, a bit out of the way but worth it.

The only 1 that has the left over play land from the 80’s , of course it closed but not lock , my daughter couldn’t understand that one. A few more mins , my food would of been cook all the way, let my daughter taste my burger i got, and we both ended up sour bellies. Better training on the grill, will work wonders for peoples stomachs . If it improves i give a better rating .

No employee noticed me and my kids walk in for about 7 minutes. When the food came it was good and hot. The bathroom was pretty dirty. The hand dryer was useless and you are forced to have no choice but to grab the bathroom door handle with toilet paper since their are no towels. The play place was a nice thing for the kids. Three dining area was well kept. They just seem like they needed help and don’t really care that you are there though

Burger King has went down hill the last decade. Oh the McDonald’s near them gets 0 stars. Card machine never works, never got hot food. As well as with burger King it’s cold, and the McDonald’s will never ever get the order right. I’m not talking like mission a fry. They will give you the previous order. That whole area sucks.

The kids want to come here and play when the weather isn’t that great, so we usually will come for lunch or dinner. The inside of the restaurant is always clean, usually pretty quiet, and I have been in the play structure many times (don’t judge) and it has also been clean every time. The food is consistent, it’s a chain after all, and the staff has always been great. No complaints from us.

I live in the neighborhood and every time I come here I have a bad experience. One wonders why I keep coming back, I guess I think they’ll improve their service. They’re incredibly slow every time. Right now it’s a Saturday at 7 p.m. and they have four cars waiting in the parking lot to get their food from the drive-thru.

Staff not very attentive. A lot of young kids working that did not behave or act professional. Cleanliness questionable when workers are playing on cell phones while preparing food in the back. Chicken nuggets were old and extremely hard. Had to be returned for fresh that still remained overcooked or cooked in old grease.
