Terrible drive thru service. It took 32 minutes to be served from the time I drove into the line. Excuse at 1st window was that there had been a very large order . Then asked not to pull forward until instructed to, after taking my money. Waited another 8 minutes before bring told to pull forward. Waited at last window 6 more minutes before getting my order. (2 double cheeseburgers.)

Had to wait for 8 min just to place an order in drive through. Than waited another 5 to take payment, another few afterwards. Almost 15 min to get a happy meal and cheese sticks. Got up the street and nuggets and Fry’s we’re nasty oil tasting, cheese sticks taste like old oil. Vary disappointed. Now noone will answer the calls to see about refund ?

I did an online order for this BK. My order was over $35.00. I was taking this to my Son and Dil, who was in the hospital after having their first baby. On the order we got 3 milkshakes. When I got there the Man at window said the machine was broken and had been sent our for repair. And since it was an online order I would have to contact them for a refund. Which woukd be $3 49 x 3 = $10 47

They take your order tell you to wait ar first window then take 15 mins to get your food to you and then the food is cold fries are always cold and it’s kids running the place with no good food or attitudes. Will not go back nor recommend this location

Worst management ever. After waiting in line at the drive thru for ten minutes (behind only one car) we were told they were serving lunch. The time was 10:20 and the menu was still on breakfast. The employee then asked if we knew what we wanted, but couldn’t change the menu. We left.

It’s rare you have to throw away literally everything you ordered for a family of four, but here we are. Nuggets hard and burnt, cheese sticks burnt and empty with cheese hardened on the outside, over-cooked burger hard as a rock, and two inedible chicken sandwiches. It’s like they’re trolling customers at this location. Lol.

The worst service ever. The guy at the window was very rude. He said absolutely nothing to me. He didn’t say hi, never said any amount and didn’t say bye. We live down the street and usually come in the morning. There is a very pleasant woman that works in the morning. I will never come back here again. The people you hire can ruin your business. …very unsatisfied

The lady running drive thru on 3/13/2023 around 7 p.m. was extremely rude. She did not want to take our order to begin with. Then when she was handing us our food and we told her that we had 2 kids meals not just one and she got angry about having to make our other kids meal. Then when we had to ask for sauce since we didn’t get any she got angry about that. And all of our food was nasty,old and cold. It was disgusting. And when we tried to call the phone was busy for about an hour so either they left the phone on or someone was on it for an hour. When it finally did ring no one would answer. So the manager that was on duty that night really needs to speak with his employees and explain they are getting paid to ring people up and hand them their food. And that they shouldn’t be on the phone for an hour then not answer.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sat in line for 15 minutes. At first I was cool waiting cause that meant fresh food right? I’m feeding a family of three. I live 5 minutes down the street if that. How do we think it’s okay to serve someone rock hard cold food. Not worth the money definitely not worth the time.
