Ordinarily I won’t write reviews because who am I to review things? However, this particular review is to highlight an order of principle. When I rolled up to the drive thru, I was the sole car in the lane, a fact that would hold true for my entire venture. However, I felt rushed. Harried along. In fact, when I ordered my combo, which came to 12.09 before tax, I wasn’t asked about size or drink selection. Just, “I’ll have your order at the first window.” At the first windo the woman said “13 dollars”. Had I not been flustered I might have caught the change. But upon receipt of my receipt it was confirmed that they had automatically rounded up 74 cents. Without my permission. Now that won’t break the bank but I did not consent to this. I was not asked to round up. I was not consulted. I was simply charged. I was also handed a coke, which I do not drink, so asked for another non soda option. The audacity is what struck me. I don’t have qualms with the quality of food received but I will still not return on principle alone. I hope my 74 cents actually went to some worthy cause, but I doubt it.

Can’t even believe I have to leave this here, but people need to be warned. I ordered a small combo, which was promptly changed, without asking, to a large. I caught this while ordering and asked it to be a small. They changed the size of the drink and fries, but didn’t change the combo price. I didn’t catch it until after I had paid. When I brought this up, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I had actually paid the price for a small combo despite the combo being listed as 10.69 on their menus and it showing as 10.78 after tax *before* they upcharged me to a large. I demanded a refund. Instead of giving me a refund, they snarkily insisted I come in the store for one, and I could already imagine the lot of them dialing authorities for the simple crime of *wanting my money back*. I left and will dispute the charge with my bank, and I implore everybody else to keep away from this horrible store.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Stood there for thirty minutes waiting on my order in the lobby while multiple people walked out because nobody would service them ontop of that the lady at the register mocked my husband and refused to get her manager and since she wouldn’t give me her name I’ll just post here for the world to see. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Burger King is Burger King. I know staffing has an issue at a lot of places right now and this Burger King is no exception. We were missing an item and one of our items was cold so went in to get it taken care of and very prompt made fresh item right from the fryer for us. Tried the new Spider-Man Burger it was okay I probably wouldn’t get it again but it was a neat experience. It’s just basically a Whopper but with white cheddar cheese and I really prefer American.

Burger king in Middletown ohio is awful. Very bad customer service. Very rude. Waited for 30 minutes on our order and the manager said they’re working on it and that he is dealing with a lot. They couldn’t even find our order. Wound up messing up our order and overcharging us. Employee at register needed a lot more training. I finally just said give me a refund. At first the manager said they can’t do that. Then after he finally refunded the order, he slammed the receipt down on the counter and said they’re it’s done. And then as me and my daughter were leaving and I said we won’t be back, they started laughing. I will never go here again.this place is awful. It’s the worst burger king I’ve ever been to.

Ordered some whoppers and I got a piece of meat on a bun. No toppings. Asked them where my toppings were and they said I didn’t order any. I’ve never had to order toppings on a whopper the last 45 years. Guess I just don’t order any more food there.

My son and I went through the drive thru a few days ago and got the original chicken sandwich, we both took one bite and threw away the rest, it was disgusting, the coke also was horrible as the syrup mix was bad. I didn’t even waste my time going back, we will never go back there again.

HORRIBLE place to work at!!! Had a manager walk out on my very first day. The coworkers are rude and the managers are dumb and unorganized. This place is a mess I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s also a waste of time since they’ll change your schedule without letting you know or send you home if they feel like it. Jus a waste of time.

I ordered milkshakes at the drive through and the front window server told the pay station person to hold us back even though no one was in front of us. We waited about 10 minutes to be told to drive forward to pick up my order. Strange.
