I’ve never had a problem with this location until recently. I purchased a drink, and noticed it didn’t have almost any ice, I thought no problem I’ll just add some when I get home. Upon arriving home I open the lid and notice the weird slimy brown chunks towards the top of the cup, I then pour the entire drink out and this is what the cup looks like after the drink was poured out. I have no idea what the weird slimy residue is that is stuck to the cup, but it’s super gross. I also tried reaching out to Burger King, and haven’t been able to get any kind of response or even a slight care that this is something that was served to the customer.

Today I got the fish sandwich that Burger King offers. Usually I like their food, but I would not recommend their fish sandwich. The fish was gray inside and looked like something they made yesterday and left on the shelf. I took about two bites, and threw the rest of it away. It was horrible.

Oh my. Please don’t go to this location. I am unsure why it’s still open especially after my experience today. I asked for a ranch at the window—the woman dropped the quarter for it. She told me I had to give her another quarter. After a huge rigamarole, and the Wadsworth cops being called, Their manager Zenetta was moving her tongue up and down at me and grabbing her private parts…. I’m disgusted by her and so hurt by my customer service experience. I’m in shock and will never go back here unless BK makes it right. Yikes. Go to Arby’s, Taco Bell, or McDonalds near by. This Burger King is a joke. Oh, and to the officer who called me-thanks for nothing. You need some training and to learn to protect and serve. If you didn’t know how to handle this situation, you should have called for some guidance. Im left here verbally assaulted and feeling bullied. Over a ranch packet! Craziness. Please, don’t visit this establishment.

Such a great restaurant. Rick, was phenomenal and made me feel like I wasn’t just a customer, but a guest. The kitchen did a fantastic job in my whopper. The store is always clean and well kept. Everyone acted and looked very professional

My husband and I went though the drive-thru tonight. The staff was friendly and more than willing to help when we didn’t get sauce with our tenders and had to go back through. My only issue is, does this look like it’s worth $7? I put the sauce cup in the picture for reference as to how small these were.
