Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with extra pickles, large fry no salt and an 8 piece with buffalo sauce. Never got my fries. Lmy doubles didn’t have any pickles. Got no buffalo sauce. Tried calling 4 times and the phone was off the hook. The guy at the window was on the phone while I was at the window. Very unsatisfied will never buy from there again

Ordered a chicking sandwich, and a cheeseburger they misheard me and added an original chicken sandwich and instead of just making the right sandwich they dipped the original chicken sandwich in the spicy sauce and then put it back on the bread the original chicken sandwich comes on. It still had tomatoes mayo and lettuce, just horrible service.

Saturday July 2 2022. Couldn’t hear the lady mumbling through the speaker. When I asked for just the breakfast burrito I was then yelled at. When I pulled around to the window I could hear her cussing about me. McDonald’s is like 100yards down the street so I went there.

This place is a joke. We moved here recently and have tried food here a few times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and understand staffing is hard but at this point we will never be back. Food is always cold and stale no matter what you get. If you ask for food to be altered they never get it right and more than likely you will either get the item on the food or they will take off additional items. I get that it’s fast food but you have to draw the line somewhere.

Just ate here yesterday I ordered the buy one get one for $1 deal. The whopper and fries were pretty good and fresh (only reason I didn’t give a 1 star). I also ordered a fish sandwich and it was the worst fish sandwich I have every ordered from any restaurant. The fish was so old it was hard and uneatable. Couldn’t even take a bite not sure why they couldn’t make a fresh one they were not busy at all. I also didn’t receive a receipt. The outside of the restaurant looks dirty the parking lot is a disaster with pot holes everywhere. I won’t be back at this location.

I work across the street and used to get breakfast here often, but after the last 3 attempts to get food, I don’t think I’ll be back. The food is usually stale, the workers like to hide so it looks like it’s closed or they take 5-10 minutes to answer you at the drive thru, hoping you’ll leave out of frustration. And if you do get to order the stale food, their customer service and attitude is like you kicked their dog. I have such low standards when it comes to fast food, it’s sad they can’t even meet them.

I have went to this location for years but this last year especially this last visit is indeed the last, we went in to order a bacon cheese burger with no mustard, pickles or lettuce, we had to have this burger made 3 different times, finally the last time we had to have it made, the fries and onion rings we ordered were cold by this time, we asked the manager on duty to make us fresh fries and onion rings and her response was “why did you even come on here, if your not happy?” Of course this was very upsetting, we simply asked for the burger a certain way, i remember BK is supposed to be “have it your way” all they needed to do was read the receipt which was rung correctly when the first discrepancy happened, we then asked for the name and number of the store manager, of course the manager on duty who was the one running the counter (not the cashier, but over seeing the food coming out – expeditor)she wrote down the managers name but not the number, we then asked again for the number as well, she had a real attitude. We attempted to explain when paying for food you expect it to be right, also, when we first walked in the girl at the drive thru window was on her cell phone texting, the sadest thing was apparently as people were ordering thru the drive thru, everyone working in the store was making fun of those who was ordering, not something we as customers should be hearing. Even though many feel this location is run down, even if it was a new building , it really wouldn’t matter if the same employees worked inside. (As I read in a review about the building needing updated)

So i dont know who was working may 12 2022 around 935pm but let me tell you best crew I have seen at this establishment in years very very nice people got my food in a amazing time and even talked to me about the chickenking sandwich btw is the best chicken sandwich around very impressed.m these guys need a raise so happy with my time spent today and hope they stick around best service from this Burger King in months
