I was greeted as soon as I pull up to order, the woman working the window was very nice. The food is another story. I ordered a large cherry icee and three cheeseburgers add mayonnaise and onion and a chicken jr add pickle. The chicken was correct but the cheeseburgers were terrible. As you can see from the picture below, one of the buns and the pickles was burnt and the other two were dried out and not even toasted. There wasn’t any mayo or onion on any of them and the icee machine wasn’t working and that was the main thing I went there for. All of this was very disappointing! I will stick with going to the one out in Strongsville from now on!!

Service was great, dining area was clean, but the food was off. The burger was cold, the fries were stale. The staff, because they were bored, had created the largest tower of Burger King crowns I had ever seen. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing, I just thought I would add it. I went there at lunchtime and no one else was there except for one kid sitting by himself watching the new Mario movie on a restaurant TV. Corporate, if you’re reading this, it might be time to close this location.

Fast, and friendly mobile order service. We ordered on the app and it was ready upon entering the restaurant. The worker greeted me in a genuinely kind manner and said my name and l that she just bagged my order and it ready to go. She told me to have a nice day also. Sausage croissant was spot on taste flaky with a kick from the spice of the warm sausage. You don’t get hospitality like this anywhere anymore. I’ll be back!!

Where to begin?! How about the lack of service?? Says online you are open says on app you are open. I place my order and go to get it. CLOSED no one there no signs store completely black. I call maybe there’s issue? No answer. This is the third and final time I’m dealing with this burger king or any, the store has cold and subpar food anyway honestly just close the thing down completely. Seven other people were there too assuming they all had done the same and mobil ordered. Only to get screwed over. Quality service. The least the “manager” could’ve done is put closed signs out on the order board.

Place used to be somewhat good but the crew they have working the joint now are all bird brains, some of the worst work ethic I’ve ever witnessed in my life food disgusting too

You had a good run but I think its time to close this location as well. Ownership seems to have changed in the last 4 or 5 years and it’s gone downhill in my opinion. Everything is always slopped together. Understaffed, under experienced, mismanaged. Throw in the towel

I don’t know what takes so long but the wait time is outrageous. 3 cars in line and we waited over 15 minutes. We would have left but we were blocked in. When i got to the window they couldn’t find my order in the system. Honestly I should have known not to come. Last time they were out of chicken nuggets and fries. I will say this, the guy working was great. It seemed as if there were problems he was trying to deal with at the time and was doing his best.I’m hoping management sees this and fixes the problems. Which probably consists of training, updating tech, and scheduling. Good luck going here

Believe me 2000% they will be closing this location. The people who work here are HORRIBLE and slow. If you wait in line, so many cars just leave. Not worth the wait or price. The chick at the first window- caught her picking her nose. NO THANK YOU! YOU can keep the money. She looked a little slow.

If you support going here then you also support poor management that got rid of an employee that had worked here for over EIGHT YEARS who had AUTISM. shame on them. Ruining their self esteem wasnt enough, Writing employees up, and making others fired and quit as well. She did a fantastic job hense why she has been there for eight YEARS. disappointing and shame on YOU. Clearly no one in their families suffers with somebody who has difficulties or disabilities or their parents didn’t teach them about people who have disabilities but that doesn’t make her any different or LESS SPECIAL. I’m so sorry Jenna they put you through this. You are special and you deserve to feel independent and your an amazing and hard worker and don’t let those people make you feel any different!! Management is obviously just a bunch of greedy people, but it doesn’t matter anyway because Burger King is going to go bankrupt soon anyways because they all suck so good luck lol
