This is a conveniently located restaurant. They were very busy trying to make a lot of food for the window and the dining area. The staff were working feverishly to fill orders while maintaining a courteous service to the people. Food was very good.

I just came through the drive thru, and the screen did not show my order, and the person taking my order did not confirm my order by reading it back to me. So after I paid I realized looking at my receipt I didn’t get a whopper Jr meal, I got a whopper meal. (I was wondering why it cost a lot more than I anticipated), well I told the lady at the pick up window what happened. She told the manager, and I offered to come inside or anything that would make it easier for her to make the right sandwich and void and refund the transaction. I just want to say the manager was incredibly nice. Very patient. I never leave reviews but I pulled into the parking lot and had to write one. I really appreciate your patience ma’am and being so nice. I hope you have a great holiday ma’am. And thank you for being patient &nice!

Typically we have had no problems. Tonight we just ordered 2 sandwiches around 7:30pm. Only 1 car in front of us, so they weren’t busy therefore we only checked that our bag has 2 sandwiches. Get home and one of the new Royal sandwiches was incorrectly made.

Tonight was the first time in 2 months I decided to dinner here. The time said they close at midnight so i get there at 9:45. Im waiting in the drivethru behind 4 other cars one of which was still at the speaker. The line wasnt moving and when it finally did and i got to the speaker at 9:57..the girl said sorry we are closed due to only having 4 people working. I said ive been waiting in line 15 mins (and im the last car at that). She said sorry were closed. I Waited 15 mins just to get to the speaker and was the VERY LAST car in line and you cant take me due to short staff? They helped everyone else before me and had no issues the entire shift, but theyre closing at that very moment bc they have 4 people! If that was the case why did you help everyone infront of me too?! You just wanted to close at 10 instead and i just so happened to be the last car right before that regardless of how long i sat there and that the time on the doors and online says 12!!The even bigger kicker here…i sat in the parking lot in the plaza in view of the speaker and pickup window trying to decide what to do from there and saw them continue to help 2 other cars that pulled up food handed out. There was no reason to turn me away and at that pointnof deeing them take 2 pepple after they turned me away i was very upset. The manager shouldve told them get that last car then shut it down. If ur going to close early all the time, change the times online and on the door. No wonder that place gets a bad rap bc they cant get it together and do things like this. If anyone wants BK make the drive across town to Delaware Ave. (Which i went to tonight afterward and they also had 4 people working and were doing just fine still taking orders amd said they had custo.ers complaini g about Mou t Vernon Ave location all the time. They are open the times that are posted as well. No early closing etc!!)They have ALWAYS did good for me and anyone else i hear from. Never an issue from them. Dont give Mt Vernon your business. They don’t deserve it.

I ordered food and gave the kid a fifty dollar bill for $19.40 worth of food and he gave me back .60. I called him on it and he went and got the manager. She pulled a twenty out of the drawer and said that was the only bill in there. The bill she showed me looked like it had been wadded up in someone’s pocket. Not the bill I took out of my wallet. The kid probably put my 50 in his pocket and replaced it with the wrinkled up 20. No more whoppers for me.
