The service was okay.

I would love to give 5 stars but the store was a mess and FREEZING cold. When i say FREEZING, it was literally under 60° inside. We had to go to the car to get our coats. Other than that, the food was pretty good, we got it fast, and the cashier was nice.

Food was amazing, but the bathrooms need some work. The fact that there is only two rolls at a time and once they run out, you have to get out of the bathroom and ask for some more, then they take a while… and then while trying to leave, there is a massive swarm of bees where I cant walk past. I don’t mind bees, but the fact that there are so many flowers/other plants around the place makes the place not seem safe to walk through. I know that there is a drive through. But I like to personally walk inside and order and sit down and eat.

I go through the drive-thru and I order my food first off I order Whopper juniors why do they have cheese I didn’t ask for cheese secondly I said no pickle and yet I have pickle then I asked for the bacon and swiss Whopper juniors and they put American cheese on there where’s the Swiss cheese I don’t understand how when you add with cheese to the name of your sandwich to where you have a Whopper and a Whopper with cheese how people that still say I would like a Whopper still get a Whopper with cheese I don’t understand it if I don’t say cheese then that means I don’t want the cheese it shouldn’t be that hard then when I try to call the store to address my issues nobody wants to answer the phone why is it that hard it shouldn’t be maybe if you paid your night managers and your nice staff a little bit better they would actually make the food right but that’s wishful thinking they’re never going to make the food right no matter what you do

Landed at Columbus International, and decided to stop here for a bite. I’m from Florida, and this BK has by far the best chicken fries my girlfriend and I have ever had. A good chicken to breading ratio. My girlfriend got the original chicken sandwich, and I got the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were really good.

8/10/23 10am extremely rude drive thru staff. woman at the speaker got an attitude with me right off the bat and got upset with me when i told them their door was locked. first time there and i won’t be coming back

Every Burger King has gone down hill on everything. They are very rude there, like they have a ton of people to serve when there’s no in the store it drive thru. No tables were clean and the buns were cold and hard.

This place doesn’t believe in the slogan have it your way. If you’re a vegetarian you can forget it. Worse service. Totally unconcerned with what you want. We were told it’s against company policy to substitute beyond burger for hamburger on a melt! Never going there again.

Went to the drive thru at 1058p . The girl kept taking order from lane 2 so after 3 cars I asked her if I can now place mine she said there will be a wait I told her I have been waiting for 10m already she told well I don’t know what else to tell you waited another 5 min and she was super rude taking the order left the drive thru at 1116p.

Just came through here 11-3-22 @ 10:18pm. We decided this location because the reviews (most were about food being cold but I know some people are petty) are better than those around me. Whoever was at the window and taking orders. An older man- seemed like a manager was absolutely DISRESPECTFUL. His tone was disgusting and quite honestly he shouldn’t be taking orders. He was mad that I kept ordering and had an attitude the whole time. I didn’t have a large order, Three meals for three people. Also, my burger wasn’t plain like I asked and my chicken fries were old. I won’t be back, and it seems like those reviews about customer service and incorrect food are true at this location. Fix it before y’all have to close the doors due to poor customer service & old, cold incorrect food.
