Burger King has come a long way from my last visit years ago. The new building is clean, well kept. The staff is friendly and the food was hot. I opted to go with the $5 whopper jr combo. Fries are better than McDonald’s. Overall a great lunch for a reasonable price

I normally have a wonderful experience at this Burger King. However, today I experienced a very rude individual. She had a bad attitude from the moment I pulled up to order. once I got to the window, she just held my food and stared at me as if she was trying to intimidate me. She’s lucky I didn’t go in there and cause a problem and I stayed polite towards her. She needs to be put in the back away from customers, or removed from the location. I didn’t force her to work here. If she hates her job so much she needs to find something else. Don’t take your problems out on a pregnant customer who’s just trying to get food. She ruined my entire experience with her pathetic attitude. If that’s what you call customer service, I’m not going to be coming back.

Twice in the last week I’ve went through the drive through to not get any service and waited at least 10 minutes each time. It was evening and they were not busy so I feel it’s totally unacceptable. So I pulled up and parked and went in. The gentleman working the register was so soft speaking I couldn’t hear him. I ordered a whopper meal with a large drink and an 8 piece nugget. I was given a small cup and no nuggets. They did eventually fix my order but it took like 15 minutes. I won’t be going back

This is the second location that is out of the menu advertised mango frozen drink. It’s aggravating when it’s hot outside in multiple locations. Can’t have this. Very cool. Looking advertised to drink but great service. Great employees. Thank you

I’m always disappointed by this place, there is quite literally something wrong w every order I get. One night u ordered trough the app when I came to pick up through the drive thru they took the car before me then refused to answer the loud speaker I sat for over five minutes waiting for someone to say something. When I pulled out of line all of the cars that were behind me also didn’t get served I watched them all pull out of line as well. This isn’t the first time it’s happened the other time I just refused to leave the line and eventually someone took my order.

That is literally the coldest sandwich I’ve ever received in a drive thru. My wife had the same problem. I was starting to wonder if I should eat it. Hunger got the best of me, so we’ll see how I’m doing tomorrow.

Pulled into drive thru. Sat 3 minutes. Said hello to machine. Waiting another 5 min. Said hello again. Waiting another 3 min. No greeting. Just silence. Honestly I was giving them time in case they were like changing shifts or something. Then, I just assumed it was broken so i pulled ahead to try to order at the window. Guy at first window said he couldn’t take order because he only takes the money and to pull to second window. Person at second window looked at me through glass then turned around and stared into kitchen for 8 minutes. I had put it in park at that point. After another 5 minutes of him not even acknowledging my existence, I watched him pick a fry with his bare hand out of one of the food machines. I thought to myself that I don’t want these guys preparing any food for me. I pulled out and left to another location which was 15-20 minutes away on Hamilton Rd near us33. I was in and out of the new location in 5 minutes, start to finish. Great experience. First place on south high and Williams road was horrible, horrible service. Look, I’ve worked minimum wage jobs too and it’s not the greatest I get it but I just wanted to get food. I only go there cuz it’s closest to me but I always have a problem there and it’s so slow. It’s like they take one order at a time, make it and deliver it before they take the next order. That was it for me, not going there again. I know they won’t notice and don’t care anyway. Oh well.

They really need to get some literate employees. After making my “1” sandwich wrong After 3 additional attempts they still got it wrong!! How hard is it to make a whopper Jr w/ cheese minus onion and pickle. And let’s not talk about the customer service that definitely deserves A NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!

Waited 45 minutes without getting my order and then when i received my order it was a completly different order… the dude bagging the food had no gloves, looked like he just worked 16 hours at a junk yard…. when asked about my order he got upset, loud and obnoxious, amd stated that they was short staffed … so i asked for my money back and he told me i had to get on a app, so i said i never used a app to order so he called for a fellow employ and he proceeded to give me a refund receipt and told me it will be a few days before i get it back…. worst place ever….. this place needs management terribly bad……
