i get breakfast here pretty much everyday and all of a sudden they yell at my spouse for trying to walk in to pickup our food because they’re scrubbing the drive through and tell us they’re closed rudely , even though they have the doors WIDE open and we can see only 2 workers doing anything and everyone else fiddling with their fingers.

(11:25pm) Waited forever where they never took our order. Got tired of waiting so we drove around because we had placed an online order, sat there for five minutes to hear people laughing inside. Finally some lady comes to the window and says they can’t make any food because the boiler caught on fire. This place is never open. And now we are trying to get a refund. Turn off your online ordering if that really happened. What a joke. And if you have a headset on, the least you could’ve done is acknowledge we were saying hello at the speaker.

So went to their drive thru…. They had me park because a sandwich was being made… They brought my other order out and said we are still waiting for your other sandwich. I said I would pull around and park and come in , after asking if the manager was inside she said yes. I go in and stated it made no since for the person to make 2 trips to my car in drive thru,… Manager just stood there and another I think employee wasn’t even in a uniform, got an attitude because the reasoning for the 2 trips was so they didn’t loose part of my order. And I asked you can’t tell the difference between bags anyway the manager just stood there letting the guy say his speal and I waited quietly for my food….. I don’t believe I will be returning here again…. Sad thing is I work in the area and like Burger King guess it’s time to move on!

This place is so bad, It’s very existence is the stuff of legends. I swear, you drive up to the order menu and you enter another dimension. I doubt that the team is paid a living wage so I’m not going to go there. Let’s just say it was confusing, unsettling and kind of like the time I was in New Orleans, had a few too many and tried to place a pizza order with a cop on horseback in the middle of Bourbon Street. It didn’t go well for me then, and it definitely didn’t tonight. The fries and nuggets were dry, overdone and tasted like old grease. The mozzarella fries were ancient, and the burgers tasted like burnt plastic; also, my lips and throat kind of itch now so I’m genuinely concerned. If you have money to burn and enjoy the work of Stephen King and Clive Barker, this is the place for you. For a fully immersive experience I suggest an edible beforehand. It is the only way that your encounter will make any sense.

They raised their prices and changed their large diet cokes . The diet cokes are the size of mediums now. Might as well just go to McDonald’s and pay a 1.00 instead of almost 3.00 for BK large diets now.
