Waited in car lane for over 10 minutes for service, then the girl order taker was actually snippy & had us move to window to get order. My husband had to walk into building to get straws. The chicken sandwich didn’t even compare to the menu picture. And the hamburger was so dry & tasteless. The fries were good – super hot. I’m guessing this store will be going out of business

Don’t have 2 lanes open burger King if you only plan on taking orders on one of them. We sat there and watched car after car get their order taken on the inside lane… then they finally took an order from the car on front of us but then went back to the other side car after car 🙁 we pulled up to tell them they needed to close the other lane and the guy said his manager was to blame for only scheduling 3 closers. Please schedule more people or close up shop.

All I can say is WOW. Pre remodel the food and service was horrible. I was at the point of not wanting to ever return. However I believe in another chance. The past 3 visits, the food has been hot and the service a lot better. We consistently see an assistant manager ( I will get the name) who seems to care. Glad we went back for that last chance. I would recommend this location

Entered the store at approximately 1:00 pm with one employee in the dining area and no one at the register and no one in line. I waited a few minutes before the drive thru cashier noticed me. She said she would be with me soon, but then proceeded to take order tickets off the machine and place them on trays. Then, talked to two other employees for another minute or so before returning to the drive thru window. The other two employees walked away as well, so it was pretty apparent to me that they didn’t want my business at that particular time. I walked out after 5 minutes of being ignored and went to Wendy’s instead where I was treated well. It’s definitely the last time I go to that store.

I’m throughly astonished with how incomprehensibly terrible this location is. Lunch rush around 1-1:30 on a Saturday there is one man cooking all the food. A guest asked why because he had been there for nearly half an hour and the four other employees working were standing around. One girl replied, “he demands that he’s the only one who will be cooking”. I’ve worked in the food business before to know if there is a line that someone else has to hop on to help cook food. Many people, including myself left without ordering due to the egregious wait time. It’s astonishing, mind blowing even, that his location is still in business.

The dining room and bathroom are filthy. Got ignored when I walked in, and then I had to stand there for 15 minutes waiting on literally two plain cheeseburgers. And when he handed them to me he didn’t even put cheese on them! He actually turned around and told me “i will get your food as soon as we clear the drive-thru”. I’m standing in the lobby and they’re acting like I didn’t just pay for my food. The guys working are gross, pants down around their knees then sitting his dirty butt on the food table, and talking about farts and getting laid. Avoid this place if you can. Definitely don’t bring your family!

Incomprehensibly slow service. In the drive-thru, of all places, which is ostensibly the fastest method of getting your food. They have two lanes, but treat them as a single lane- only one at a time. They also do not prioritize ordering – the lady in front of me ordered over $50 worth of food. A reasonable policy would be to make large orders wait separately and bring them out separately. Not here, they made everyone else wait behind. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately I can’t comment on the food quality, because I had to leave before getting my meal to pick up my daughter after waiting so long.

I loved it For the first time trying Burger King Lunch, Service was Awesome! we got our food In about 5 Minutes. And Employees were very nice. Got a whopper and I was NOT disappointed It had awesome flavor and was not messy. I recommend this Burger King.

Went in to pick up an order through the app. Watched an employee eating fries from the bin, sliding the fries around to get salt to eat, no gloves, bare hands .This place is ridiculous.Reported to the health department.

The whoppers were good. The chicken fries were hard and really dry. The pops had no ice were warm and flat. Not happy BK very disappointed in food and drink quality
