Another do not visit place like the Mcds next door, bacon always burnt to a crisp, always need stupid manager approval on all orders over $50. How dumb is that in this inflationary age, I can buy $50 of gas easier than $50 of food for my family. Slow lines some days, like yesterday where it took 18.5 minutes to get “fast food” Also, the stupid pull up so we can walk your items to you garbage, even when no body is in line behind you to keep their stupid line times down. No worries, I am done going to this place, only highlight are the friendly staff, terrible corporate polices.

Went to BK with wife so she could get frozen coke, burger and fry. I was gonna get salad from Subway but saw the Italian chicken sandwich on menu board, so I ordered it. Big Mistake. Chicken was Luke warm and they put cold cheese on it with cold marinara sauce sloppily poured on it. Worst chicken parm sandwich ever. I expected more for the price I paid.

But overall a decent customer service experience and orders were made correctly as I expect from this brand.
