The person that took my order was friendly and knowledgeable, the woman that handed me my food couldn’t have been more rude. She didn’t offer a thank you or anything when handing my food out as she did the guests in front of and behind me (I can only assume she’s mad because I asked for fresh fries when I placed my order ). The dirty ketchup dispenser in the lobby was completely empty and when I went to the counter for ketchup she didn’t acknowledge me for several moments then turned around and placed 3 ketchup packets on the counter. The Double Whopper Jr I ordered was sloppily assembled with more ingredients in the paper than on the sandwich.

Just came through here and got sausage croissant meal. The sausage patty was burnt and hard as a rock, and tater tots was sooo grease soaked I couldn’t eat them…… I wouldn’t serve this to my dog

Now keep in mind I use to work at a BK. I still love some bk. Food is good. I dont know about BK frys anymore its a hit miss but that at all locations. This spot can be super slow. Especially the last few months. The staff can talk really slow and look like they are about to pass out because I can say it seems like they bearly understand me. During the last few months my order was wrong but I was on break so I couldn’t get it fixed. This BK is one of my favorites. I like the sit up too. I eat here alot. But over all most of the staff is busy and Customer friendly so far. Hopefully it’s just a tough year. I Like to give my honest thoughts and experiences and I also like to update when giving a chance. Hope this helps

Just tried to eat breakfast here. We were met with extreamly bad service when we requested decaf instead of regular coffee with our meal. We asked for a manager, and the older woman with a bad attitude said she was the manager. She made a mistake and only brewed regular coffee, and then tried to tell us that we were at a stalemate, because she wasn’t going to brew more. She said she had no more room for decaf. We drove away at the end of this, because we didn’t trust her to make food without an attitude either, since her body language said she was ready to hop through the window and fight us. I feel bad for anyone who chooses to eat here.

The food was made incorrectly with my 5 year old, and all parents know how that can go. Fixed it and the food didn’t give us food poisoning so that’s a plus! The staff however was very friendly, but not all were wearing mask. Definitely a good place to grab a quick bite, when your starving and want some decent quality and priced food!

Burger King always says ‘have it your way’ – Billsh*t. I ask to simply get a sandwich with lettuce tomato and mayo ONLY. They deny me citing that they charge for that and their is not working to let them charge anything so I didn’t get the sandwich the way I wanted it (very simple request) and they could have simply yelled it too the kitchen since it wasn’t busy. My next Stop is contacting somebody regarding this AND always ask for fresh fries/onion rings cause you’ll get cold ones.

Usually when I go there, its only when I’m really hungry and not close to anything else, they mess up my order and drive thru wasn’t very friendly. Went yesterday and my order was right and friendly drive thru. Maybe ill go back again. I also like that the burgers aren’t super greasy.

I ordered 2 burgers with extra lettuce and mayo because sometimes the burgers at this burger king is dry and I didn’t even get a lot of it. There was barely any. I spent extra money for it too and it just annoyed me because I was expecting what I actually wanted. Also their jalapeno poppers are so small and I expected them to be bigger so I ordered 8. I didn’t spend too much money because I wanted to save money but it still made me upset

Scam. Dont follow the orders they take. Ordered the 2for$10 Big King, they charged $10.90 for 2 double hamburgers. Not what i ordered. When telling them order wrong, they insisted on argueing with customer. Never go there again if you want what you ordered bc you wont get it with them. Ordered the same thing 2 days ago and it was correct and looked just like the ad, had lettace and everything on it like the ad showed, tonight nothing. Such a waste of time
