All I wanted was an ice cream cone from the drive thru. I got ice cream in a cup – with no spoon. My son said it best – “I go to BK with low expectations… And I’m STILL disappointed.” Service was unfriendly. I think I need to lower my expectations more.

Hubs and I stopped by today at noon… We both got Whoppers and fries.. Was hot and fresh.. brought me back to the old whopper days.. The lady at the register was wonderful, and I asked her name but unfortunately forgot it. She was welcoming and totally on it. Will definitely be back. Thanks BK Russellville for a great experience

Everything I go here it takes 30mins for me to get through the DRIVE THRU. I’m a extremely patient person, very kind and try to let them know how appreciated I am for making my meal, but this is too much. One time I waited for almost an hour for one meal.
