What is going on with yalls whoppers? It’s the only burger I will actually pay full price for without a coupon seems to me yalls meat is getting smaller. I like my buns to fit the burger. Usually when i go to other restaurants I’m peeling half the bread off. Burger King, i used to never have to do that. Also my onion rings were DARK, HARD and ooovverrr fried.

I love y’all’s food but the last 4 times I’ve gone there my order has been wrong. I’ll only tell two to keep this review shorter. I always get the bacon king plain so both orders were supposed to be that. Well one of the times I asked for it plain & it was plain; but no bacon. I ordered the BACON king. I wouldn’t have ordered the backing king if I didn’t want bacon on it. & this last time, I ordered it & got a double bacon cheeseburger instead of a bacon king which is very different in size. I would just like for my orders to be correct, that’s all. Other than that, service is usually fantastic.

Extremely slow service. Surly employee had a smart remark bc I didn’t want fries that had been sitting there for 20 mins. Cheeseburger extremely salty. Not ONE of the sugar-free drinks worked. Believe the bad reviews about this location!

I tend to get takeout from here every once in a while since they’ve been great. First time I’ve had a bad experience, order was completely wrong (not counting fries or drink). Ordered two Spicy Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich and not sure what chicken sandwich they gave me but was not good and did not have the whatever oil/sauce they use for the spicy one. Partially on me since I didn’t check until I got home and was more expensive than it should have been as well.

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru to have the woman at speaker greet me saying it’s mother’s day and to be patient..? Like that justified the bad service and wait.. This is after the 10min I already waited before I even got to the speaker. The level of disrespect people don’t care to show to people is reasons I avoid places such as this. Imagine feeling like your business annoys them. No excuse for bad manners.

Didn’t even get my order ended up leaving, I get off work to go to this burger King, pull through the drive through first takes a min to get to us, I can understand being busy wasn’t a big deal, then gets on, “What can I get you” rude and impatiently, I ask for a number one medium with a coke then she rushes me and says, “that all for your order?” Not even giving me a second to order what else I needed just cutting me off and rushing me to end my order, the thing is I know who it is to it’s the Manager, I know this because this is not the first case with her and I’ve come to recognize her voice very well. Your supposed to be a corporation serving fast food, not hostility.

So the good news: service was pretty good. It was pretty fast. And now the bad: They didn’t order my onion rings. When I did get them they were overcooked. Dried out and super crunchy. The drink machine didn’t have hardly any options. The ones they did have tasted weird. They forgot the bacon on my daughter’s burger. But they fixed it, by just adding bacon to it. So it was not a good experience. I just hope I don’t get sick.

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review, I would. I sat in the Drivethru for over 20 minutes. Employees were fighting inside and I was told to pull up so I couldn’t see the commotion, then they forgot about me. I could actually see them hanging around and talking inside. Horrendous experience. When food was received it was cold.

I waited almost 10 minutes for food and it was cold. The hash browns were not edible because they tasted like cleaning solution and the drink was even nasty. What a waste of 8 bucks. The cashier was nice but still I had to pull up and wait for food when I was the only one there.
