I’m a Greyhound driver and I pull up with a bus load of people every time. My passengers are treated with respect and our food is always hot and given in a timely manner. I appreciate Will and his staff who makes sure the restrooms are clean and food is ready to distribute.

Why is there no negative star button on this. I would not waste my money at this restaurant. Stopped in was so hungry for a whopper and got it home and had to throw it in the trash because it was so nasty and my tea tasted like it had been filtered threw old socks. Employees where worthless and more worried about playing on their cellphone then taking care of customers. There was an elderly lady working there that was very nice and friendly but the rest of the staff I would fire them all and start over because they did not do anything anyways. The younger staff members basically acted like I was a bother to them because they had to get off their lazy butts and work. I will definitely let everyone know stay away from this place and It would be better buying gas station sushi and probably safer then the food at this restaurant

They got my burger wrong 3 times in a row By the time I got it back correctly 15+ minutes my sides were cold everyone else at the table had finished eating. And since I only had 30 minutes for lunch our crew was late getting back to work No apology was offered by anyone the girl at the counter acted annoyed because I kept on bringing my burger back to be made correctly would not recommend it.

I was in to pick up my mobile order when noticed a middle aged man wearing an Ed Hardy shirt speaking with the girl behind the counter. She was clearly disgusted and I pray that this was brought to managements attention. I had merely stopped in to pick something up as I was driving back to Indianapolis as I had been out all week for work. The worker was sweet, but I could tell she was very uncomfortable. Please protect your employees, Burger King.

Food is good – when you can get it. Expect to spend half the day waiting at the order menu in one drive thru before anyone realizes you’re there. Ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes with no response.

Bought a breakfast bacon king breakfast sand…and got my friend a egg and cheese bis…we got orange juice also…the orange juice was cold and was good…my friend said the egg and cheese bis was ok….not the best she has ever ate but ok…i had never had a breakfast bacon king b4…i was a bit disappointed…first of all it was not very hot…it was kinda lukewarm…and my opinion it was overpriced…it was around 5dol…i did not get 5dols worth of a sandwich….

So I decided to go to Burger King to compare to my experience with McDonald’s the previous night. There was a new girl who has worked there barely for 2 weeks. She did a wonderful job, she got everything I ordered right. AND I got my food within like 5 minutes. Absolute difference between my two experiences. Great service, kind staff, got the food out in great time.

Don’t go here!! Customer satisfaction is not their thing! The new Melt sandwiches are supposed to come on a TOASTED sourdough bread and it was as soft and as white as it could be disgusting waste of money and time

I tried ordering my meal off that Burger King app for pick up. The workers didn’t know how to do it. Ok , no problem. I tried redeeming the in store free large fry , they didn’t know how to do it. I order the patty melt meal and the burger was darker than normal and had a rubber texture. The fries were great. The night shift lead didn’t even bother trying to help the cashier in finding out how to redeem the free fries. I did still eat most of the meal though. She just swiped her card and took it off the ticket. Upper management should be re-evaluated if they can’t instill proper training to the employees and shift leads.
