So… Not even sure where to begin with this dining experience. Cold food, lousy attitudes from staff and this place just opened. They don’t care in the afternoons obviously. My fries were stuck together and cold, my burger had congealed grease on it and the cheese wasn’t melted. My nuggets were cold. If it seemed like I could have gotten better results I would have voiced a concern about the issues. The afternoon staff doesn’t seem to care about anything other than being rushed and harassing each other over being slow. Overall wouldn’t recommend at the moment and will stick to the store in Lexington for now.

Just had the word fast food experience ever. The employee was rude, incompetent, impatient and was having temper tantrums slamming trays and food. Not only did we have to deal with those issues, the order was missing two items. A second employee appeared ashamed to be in her presence and left to take her break. I don’t have the employees name but I’m sure management already knows. If you go to this establishment go in to order and check before you leave. Hopefully this employee will no longer be there.

Sorry I had to give you a star. I’m sitting here broke down in my car. You are open until midnight. It was 10:50pm when I was at your door…but you were locked and wouldn’t let me in or even come to the door. Definitely never eating here.

For the past 2 weeks in a row, at least twice a week, they’ve forgotten food from my order. I spent $13 and got a sack of SEVEN nuggets and THREE mozzarella sticks. They forgot my fries for the second time this week. I shouldn’t have to check my bag to make sure all my food is there, let alone COUNT MY NUGGETS AND MOZZARELLA STICKS BEFORE DRIVING OFF.

Terrible customer service. I waited in the second lane of the drive thru stuck behind other cars for almost twenty minutes while cars in the first drive thru lane were quickly getting their order taken. The car in front of me sped off after no one ever tried to take their order. After no one asked for my order at the speaker, I pulled to the window to place my order… the employee told me I had to pull back around and get in the first drive thru lane to get my order taken. They refused to take my order at the window. I would give zero stars if possible.

Waited in drivethru for an hour for a simple two item meal just to be told I needed to move to front door for them to bring it out. Waited another 15 minutes and called just to be disrespected by manger and I can wait. After an hour and half finally received the two items I’ve waited for just to have stale and cold food. I have dash cam footage and will be sending it to cooperate.

Don’t order multiple orders of fries from this location. For whatever reason this will confuse them and they will only give you one. This has happened to me the last two times I’ve been here.

The food itself is fine, when they can get your order right. Despite the restaurant being dead and placing a mobile order, they left a sandwich out of my bag and didn’t include marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks. Seriously, who does this?

The drive thru employees are always polite and very welcoming. Some of them have even engaged me in conversations. It’s quite a drive from where I live but the customer service makes the drive worth it.

Even on opening day, the service was great! The line was long, but it moved along at a steady pace. My order was correct, and the food was good and hot! I’m glad we finally have a Burger King again!
