Got a fish sandwich meal a few days ago fish was hard as a rock and the fries were old and not fresh. The lady I spoke to claimed to be a manager but apparently never wrotey name down in the book so restaurant refused to replace my meal because they couldn’t find my name in the book said that if have to come back on Monday when the GM is there. Usually when the GM is there food is hot and fresh and I don’t have any issues SMH.

I really like BK but this might be the worse BK in the country. Make sure to verify your order. Double check everything you get and then do it again. BK is currently offering the Spider Verse Whopper that comes with a specific color bread. Basically to make it Spider Verseeee. We had to pay $10 for the meal which is more that you would pay for a combi meal. We are told that they are out of the bread. Which makes the Spider Verse meal not that kind/type of meal.

Terrible. I waited for 15 minutes. Being the ONLY PERSON IN LINE, when i asked for my money back i get attitude and told ,”theres only so much 1 person can do”, (mind you theres 4 employees there). To which I responed, “I understand that, but coming for a customer service and food back ground, it shouldnt take 15 minutes to cook a 3-4 minute item in a deep fryer”. To which the male employee decides to walk up and tell me, ” listen here, I ain’t about to sit here a watch you disrespected a female”. What!?! , A bunch of children.

Food is never as fresh as one would expect. Management is a joke. Partner got a call to come in for management position only to be told it had been filled a week prior. This shows that their is little to no effective communication in place and their management is a joke.

Updated review. This complaint is going to corporate. I waited 45 minutes on 2 DoorDash orders. When I finally got the first order it was missing a drink. 20 minutes later when they got the second order made she was going back to make the drink and had me wait 15 minutes. I went to air pizza and paid for my customer a drink so I could leave. She proceeded to shout if I would go around the drive thru and get the drink when she had 6 cars in line. These stupid mfs need to stop worrying about smoking weed outside and getting high and worry about serving customers in a timely manner. Not only was this rude and disrespectful but it costed me money on my wait time and buying the customer a drink so they didn’t get screwed by this incompetent POS. Someone is going to be out of a job by the time I get through with this.

My fiance and I go here a couple times a month and he absolutely loves their jalapeno poppers and cheese sticks and of course they’re Whopper and I’m a big fan of their original chicken sandwich I’m not too big on the newer chicken sandwich they have I don’t think it has as much flavor but they’re great even when they’re busy there are still fairly quick considering

This place always acts like they are slammed even when they don’t have any customers. The drink machine always looks like it needs to be wiped down as well as the eating tables.

This made me sick to the point that I’m quitting fast food for good. All I asked for was the size of their milkshake cups and the worker there didn’t want to answer that and thought I was getting a meal pack.

Fast food in general has gone by the way side these days and people should stop eating it in general. But having just got in late, came to this Burger King. Fries were so lousy shouldn’t even bare the name fries. And this is what they call mozzarella sticks. I’m saving this and going back tomorrow for my money back. It’s just the principle that no one should pay $0.01 for this garbage.
