Just now left this Burger King and will not ever return here,the lady that is there right now was the rudest most miserable person I believe I have ever encountered… I ask for ketchup and she rolled her eyes and slammed the little sliding glass door…needless to say that will be my last visit there I’m not going to pay almost 12$ to have someone slam a window at me!!!! And too top it off my burger is missing some very key ingredients …like the lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles!!!!!

We stop at this Burger King and went in to order at the dine in counter. The girl behind the counter ignored us. The cook ask the girl to take our order. She made a smart statement to the cook. My wife asked if she was ready to take our order. She then shubbed her shoulders. After she took the order that she did not repeat back. She had over charged us and my wife question the price. Then the girl came at us with a attitude. I asked for her name that was cover up by a jacket. She then through down her head set and mumble something as she walked away. We then left to never go back to this brand new Burger King.

The order was not fixed the way I ordered it. No one was happy with not getting what they wanted. They apologized for there mistakes but it did not fix the problem. I live in Al . And it was to far to take the food back when I found the order messed up. Check your order before you leave with it.

Extremely slow service but not a shortage of employees, they all acted as though they didn’t know what they were doing. Very unclean dining room. Overheard employees talking about other customers. I was wanting a refill and the lady looked right at me and when I got to the counter turned her back on me and I had to say excuse me the fifth time before she ever acknowledged me. This was the final straw, I will no longer be dining at this location.

The food is good and the staff are courteous and friendly. But the BK APP in Waynesboro ms doesn’t work which is disappointing because most of the their great deals are on the app. The other thing is they have Coke Zero on their drive thru menu but when you order it. You get we only have diet Coke available in the drive thru. But they have it in the restaurant. To that’s just plain wrong. Come on BK make sure what you have on your drive thru menu that you have it available to order and not just inside.
