Went yesterday for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits & was told it gonna be a wait, because they didn’t have any biscuits ready. Ok cool! So I waited and waited and nobody ever came out with my food and it was even cars behind me waiting. I got so fed up I drove off without and my food and refund. Customer Service is horrible! They don’t know hot to read! Everyone kept bringing their orders back in through the drive thru and wasn’t the least apologetic. They were even giving out the wrong food out in the lobby and stopped taking order due to taking only 2 at a time and still managed to mess that up! Workers were giving out the wrong orders and when customers complained they would tell them to get their food from the people they gave them to! Just awful !!!!!!
