Food was hot, fresh, and on the really slow side considering we were the second of only two customers including drive thru. Everything else was great though. I hate the atmosphere rate for fast food. No fast food place has awesome atmosphere.

The lady working the drive thru window was so kind and lovely! She took my payment and gave my son a little crown without us even asking. The man who took our order and brought out our food seemed a little bummed out. He was nice, but just maybe not having a good day. Our food wasn’t as warm as we would have liked and my sandwich had cheese on it even though I asked for it plain. So, it wasn’t perfect, but hopefully next time it will be better.

Consistent drive-thru order mistakes, and as crazy as it sounds, it’s hard not to think they’re intentional because of the frequency (later in the day for sure). It’s a pain to call and complain but we’ve done it. Once they didn’t write it in their book (thoroughly or possibly at all) and when we went to redeem what we were told would be replaced, we got grief.

Wouldn’t recommend ordering between 4 to 5 pm as I’d say there’s only I person working,each time I must wait too long to place order whether there’s cars ahead of me or not , then wait even longer to make it to window,they don’t know the meaning of fast food,fed up with the waiting,will choose another place to spend my money.

Today is Friday, 7:15 pm. We waited several minutes to be able to give out order. One girl up front putting together a to go order with 5 bags. Another woman came from behind cooking area, walked to register, told us our order would need to be to go because she had to give the girl up front a break. I ask couldn’t we order our food and sit in dinning room. She said no it would have to be ” to go “. I told her we would go somewhere else and left. A man in parking lot started in and I told him our experience and said some negative experiences he had had on previous trips. He got in his truck and left. We left too. We went up the highway to Wendy’s and ate there.
