My basketball team and I pulled up only to get ice. A worker was in a car assuming she was going to leave, she jumped out immediately running to go inside thinking the whole team was going to order. They were out of ice but allowed us to fill up two bags with ice from the drink machine. She did not charge us. Great service and great work ethic.

Drive thru is the slowest that I have ever been through. This is based on 6 consecutive visits that have taken more than 15 minutes in the Drive through line with very few cars. Additionally, they have 2 order windows ( which makes no sense as slow as they are). Multiple times I have been at the order microphone and watched other cars pass through the other line while I was sitting and waiting. Employees seem nice and trying. Clearly there is a major management problem here.

Protip: stop in when there’s smoke coming from the roof. That increases your chances of getting a burger hot off the grill. When everything is as it should be and the burgers are prepared correctly, the condiments are fresh, etc., Burger King is still one of the best burgers out there, especially among fast-food chains. However, if it’s just thrown together, the meat’s been sitting around, the tomatoes aren’t quite ripe, and the pickles have been out for a while, the burgers can be below average. It’s a crapshoot.

Was asked to pull up to wait on chicken nuggets and ended up sitting there 15 minutes before they finally brought THE WRONG ORDER to my car, so there goes another 10 minute wait. When I got home, my order was still wrong. These kids working really need to focus more on their job than their social media.

Timing is everything, right? Well this time has finally come to tell the ” truth” about my local burger king. For the record: I wish I could state otherwise because the burger king chain is my ” prefered ” fast food chain to eat at, now with that being said and after many and I DO MEAN MANY BAD EXPERIENCES AT THIS LOCATION, WHICH BOTH THE FOOD SERVED AND MANAGEMENT STAFF BOTH PERSONALLY AND from what I have observed other customers going though. This local burger king , my home town burger king is BY FAR THE WORST BURGER KING TO TRY TO GET A TIMELY MEAL FROM AND A GOOD MEAL FROM. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST OF THE WORST AS FAR AS THE MANAGEMENT STAFF GOES AND THE FOOD QUALITY IS WITH OUT ANY DOUBLTS AT THE BOTTOM OR VERY NEAR THE BOTTOM; it is a shame that such a great brand has to put up with this type low quality of leadship which results in a bad product being served in a extremely slow process. This evening events at the location has finally convined me it is time to speak up and disclose what I have been witnessing for a long while now. One bright spot, the young man that was doing multi jobs this evening when the person that appeared to be the manager ” disappeared ” when the drive thru was backed up and myself and three young hispanic men where waiting to get our orders taken should be given a ” pay raise” he kept that entire process moving forward . Long story shorted : I was inside 1 hour and 15 minutes: the three men in line in front of me was order # 30, I was order # 32, the manager came back and took my order at 8 :07 pm and young man took an order # 31. , at 8: 32 pm I approached the counter and asked about my order the manager took. ; another person found it sitting exactly were the ” to go orders ” should be sitting ; that person added warm frys and she said ” sorry our ” broiler is actlng up” I said ” so does that explain my to go order has been sitting there for 25 minutes just waiting for someone to call out my number? She said , sorry but it has been a busy evening, ” I said I know I have been here for over an hour now and you just now showed up behind the counter area and you guys have ” only called out 4 order numbers ” inside” since I have been here. Totally amazing for a fast food chain. I DID TRY TO EAT MY MEAL INSIDE, THE BURGER WAS ICE COLD BUT AT LEAST THE FRYS WERE GREAT.

Ridiculously slow drive thru. Seriously, go to a real restaurant and sit down and a waitress will serve you faster. Fries were cool to the touch, had zero salt, zero taste, were as chewy as the bun my sandwich came on, and were covered in spots. I honestly don’t know how you screw fries up THAT badly. Sandwiches were only slightly hotter than lukewarm and poorly wrapped. We were never asked if we wanted our meals upsized, and the kid who took our order and gave us our food seemed like he was bored with working there.

One of the better Burger Kings that I’ve been to. It could have been cleaned up a little bit better, but the service was good and the food was good. I got my hamburger with the condiments on the side, building the burger myself. The fries were fresh and the chicken sandwich was good.
