Went to this burger king, shake machine not up, then ordered spicy chicken and chicken sandwich fresh. One order with onion rings and one with french frys.Once got up to the window, paid for the order, and as she was giving my order she informed me there was no onion rings…Then proceeded to ask for ketchup and buffalo sauce..She only gave me 3 ketchups.I asked her for more ketchup as we have 2 medium Fry’s and she said they are only allowed to give 3 packets of ketchup per order…My boyfriend chicken was good but mine was not fresh to order…

Honestly would give zero stars if possible. Me and three other cars sat in the drive through for like ten minutes. Two hours before closing, multiple workers inside, and not a single person got a response when trying to get someone to take care of us. Doors locked, indoor lights off but we pulled forward and could see people making food, like for who? Even if you did pickup, you weren’t going to get it because no one would speak through the speaker. Waste of my time.

Constantly closes their dining room early, up to over and hour before (7:45pm for a 9pm closing time). Always poorly managed. Poor order length. Poor order accuracy. Unfriendly. Someone deserves to be fired. Corporate needs to know how poorly it’s being run.

My husband and I went through the drive-through got 2 Whoppers with cheese and bacon and onion rings. When we got the burgers they were all messed up with different sized buns and no lettuce and tomato so we took them back to Burger King. We asked for some more oniin rings too because we had left ours at home and ours would have been cold and then the manager started to get an attitude. The manager never apologized she went in the back to make our burgers kept talking about me and and my husband to her employees. Then her employees were talking about me and husband. We never got offered a refund, no apology, no onion rings. Just attitude. Horrible service. I have it on video.

employee tried to help disabled man with canes and manager, fired him on the spot for it, after the customer told the woman that she did not need to fire him and apologized if he was any trouble, the manager asked what he wanted and he said if she was going to fire him for trying to help he didn’t want anything, the woman said good in a rude tone and slammed the door. terrible service

This might literally be the slowest drive thru in the history of drive thru service. It’s not even fast food. I’ve gotten food from a sit down restaurant faster than I’ve got food from this drive thru. Never again. Burger losing a life long customer today. Corp needs to take this over fast.

This location just needs to close at this point. I cannot count the amount of terrible experiences I’ve had here. Each time is something different. For example, I pulled up to the window to pick up an order I placed on the app and already paid for and waited a few min then was told “I’m on my break for 15 more min….” Are you kidding me? Then yesterday I did the same thing and they told me their broiler was heating up and it would be just 10 min., so I told them I totally understand and don’t mind waiting… 40 min go by so I try calling and they won’t answer, their dining room doors are locked, and no one will come back to the drive thru window… these are just a couple of occurrences. Send help!
