Staff was confrontational, rude and unapologetic for making me wait for my food for over 20 minutes with no other customers in line or in store. The store is dirty and the staff clearly don’t care about customers and would rather fight and argue with there customers. Would not recommend no sure how this location has not shut down yet.

My order was correct, hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The employee Stephanie was very kind and supportive and deserves a raise! The only complaint I have is the drink machine seemed to run out of flavor because my drink was faint in flavor.

Y’all. Tonight our order was perfect. Right down to the request of extra crispy fries! The order took a few minutes longer and we contemplated the whole “do we need to check the bags” but my guy was too hungry fir all that. So we get in n settled figured out who’s food was who’s and surprised everything was perfect. I know our local fast food spots get a lot of bad reviews. Just wanted to note we hada great experience tonight.

Three times in a row: I’ve ordered a coke icee, paid for it, waited in line to get it, then when I get to the pick up window, they say it’s “defrosting”. Then why did you let me order/pay/wait to pick it up? If you’re out of something, the ppl taking orders need to be aware. This is easy to avoid. The time before that, they gave me one 3/4 full. Won’t be attempting and further here.

2 stars because it was edible. And the employees were nice. But good god when you think about shrinkflation.. Burger King is taking the win. Payed almost 12 dollars for 2 whopper jr.s with beef patties no bigger than a pack of ketchup. The pickle was the same size as the burger. At $2.99 for a single sandwhich. And $8 dollars for a meal.

Walked in to go the bathroom. Place was desolate but the manager yelled at me to get out and then yelled at the employee sitting outside for letting me in. I was just gonna use the bathroom, they wouldn’t have had to do any work. Honestly gross way to talk to customers and employees. Guess that’s why she was her age working at a Burger King, bad attitude.

I live close by so I go to burger king alot. ( So much I should work there) this restaurant is slow, have time to play, don’t know who food is who’s ( taking food bag from one car to another) they don’t have nothing no mocha, no ice cream, no bbq sauce, only small patties,no drinks, I’m like omg what do you have. I just did a mobile order and out of all of it I got french toast sticks correct. Wow!!! Off to McDonald’s for me.. this restaurant needs a new manager like Ms Tina or Mr William aka billy.

This is the slowest restaurant in all of Tennessee my God I can’t believe how long we set in line waiting to get our order taken and then to get our order the food was not hot it was room temperature if I hadn’t been so hungry I would have took it back in and threw it in their face

Everytime u go there in the afternoon they not open they tell u 30 mins then u. Come back 30mins later its a another 30 mins people are leaving and coming back but no food is being made this is all the time and they take the phone off so u can’t call

Luke warm coffee with lid not secure so I spilled coffee on my lap. Also cold tots, masks worn under chins, rude order taker. This is what the number 11 double breakfast croissant with bacon AND sausage looks like. The biggest breakfast sandwich on their menu. Supposed to be 650 calories. I’m a large man that works with my hands, this is maybe half the sandwich described. No sausage, half the eggs, 3 specks of bacon. Oh and it is cold as the grave.
