The spicy nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich were soaked in grease it was dripping when I Picked them up. I was so hungry I ate some but threw it all up later. And I have a pretty strong stomach usually. Also we waited 25-30 minutes in line. It was around 230 pm and the 4 car line was not moving at all. we didn’t get out of the line until almost 3.

Drove to this location because it was the only BK for 30 Miles. It was a Friday afternoon on a Memorial Day weekend. I wanted a double whopper with cheese combo. I was told they had NO whopper patties! Ridiculous for a place with the word “ Burger” in their name. Fortunately my wife and I both love the Impossible Whoppers; which they had. So I got two of those combo meals. That would not work for most people though!

Apparently management at this location cannot keep staff for whatever reason. They are usually closed very very early and when they are open a lot of times they don’t even have someone at the inside counter. They will instead put up a sign saying drive-thru only which makes no logical sense whatsoever. They are located inside a busy convenience store. You can never depend on this location to be open. I have seen it closed at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday nights. I should also point out that it is located next door to a large concert venue with very busy weekend concerts. The store should be making a killing on these days and nights but they are usually closed.

Tried to visit the drive thru. As I was pulling up to the speaker an employee removed a sign. I sat there for awhile and no one said anything. It’s 4:00, so I’m sure they are open. Looks like the monitor was broken, or maybe understaffed?

This has to be the most understaffed Burger King in the state. I truly feel sorry for the employees because it is obvious they don’t have enough people to operate efficiently. they only run one lane of the two lane drive thru and don’t try walking inside to order because they don’t man the front counter and will tell you they are drive thru only. the owners of this particular franchise should be ashamed at what the apparently. I would like to reiterate that it is not the employees fault they don’t have enough people to operate properly. I feel bad for the employees to have to put up with this obvious staffing issue. If I was a district rep for Burger King I would definitely consider reviewing this location’s franchise license. (I was able to type this in the drive thru line after I ordered and am not a fast typer)

We drove to eat at the burger King on canal Street ,,, we waited ,and waited about 10 minutes.. ask a couple other if they had placed there orders , they said No We have been waiting 10 to 15 minutes….the guy in front of us got his order ,,, it was wrong . The guy behind the counter get an audited snatched his burger and said I’ll try to get it right this time …so we walked away and ate pizza . We were in and out before the man with the wrong burger got his burger back …we were very excited when the burger King came into town , we have been there 3 times now to eat and have not eaten there yet … I think we will give up !

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My kids and I were in town visiting. I googled Burger King and my gps took me 25 minutes out and I ended up at this place. Upon reaching the drive through, a Jamaican accent came over the speaker. “We only accept cash.” Because the GPS had take me there and I didn’t know where I was. There was no address, and I did not have cash. So my next question was, “Do you know where I can find another Burger King?” Jamaican girl, “Your GPS got you here find out how to get to the next Burger King.” At this point, I need to talk to the manager. I drove around to the window and this nice lady attempted to explain to me that the girl was from Jamaica. Not sure what that meant, but that was not ok.

Interestingly, I had an experience here that I haven’t had at a local restaurant in a long time. The lady was polite, my order came quickly, it was the correct temperstire, they had Al the correct condiments! Well done! I know it shouldn’t be that hard, but some of the other local restaurants should take note!

They only care about the drive thru. I looked at my food sitting for 6 minutes before they bagged it and gave it to me. I was pretty much first for the lunchtime rush and the cashier got busy. But the ladies behind the scenes seemed to care more about their conversation than bagging customers orders until I stated what’s taking so long. From order to receiving food was 10 minutes and I watched it for 6. Sbarro’s is a better choice if you ask me. They don’t mess around
