Stopped here for lunch on my way back to Atlanta from Biloxi and let’s just say I’m glad I stopped. My receipt says Victoria was our cashier, but either way she was short with braids and running the register and packing the food! Very nice and made sure she let people know she was doing both and kept her composure the entire time. She even packed 5 orders at once and got them all out at the same time. The food was hot, fresh and my hubby and I orders were made just as I asked. I normally don’t do reviews but hopefully this reaches her to let her know she is doing a great job and it didn’t go unnoticed.

Been visiting this location a few years. Usually a helpful albeit mildly apathetic gang of employees, so typical fast food. Food is usually good at this location with very few incorrect orders. They have good breakfast and burgers. Flame broiled is the way. The play place is a favorite of my daughter and is better than many of the local play places.

Service is horrible the lady dose not know waht Mayo is]] is and dose not know how big there Burger is. I asked them 6 times for how big there Burger is they did not know.There restroom is nasty tolits do not work there is.dirt on the floor no paper towels the sinks have mold and rust on them.service is horrible in took 10 minutes to get our food at a fast food chain. Not one for Burger King, but it was right next door door to my hotel and I was craving a late night snack. All signs and Google stated they’re open until Midnight on a Friday night. All signs were lit, drive-thru signs on. Had to approach the window where I saw two employees standing around on their phones inside. Knocked on the window startling both of them. The female stated they were closed. I asked what time they were suppose to close, she had to think about it then said 11:00.

I frequent this particular Burger King in Chantilly Parkway at least three time a week. Today 8/3/23 I pull up to the drive thru and a young lady that I can barely hear tells me hold a minute and I said ok. So, five minutes pass no one so another five minutes pass still no one. I said hello so the same young lady comes back to say “we busy right now”. I’m thinking to myself I don’t give a damn. So unprofessional it’s not my fault that they under staffed or whatever the reason maybe DO BETTER. Almost every time I go this BK it’s always something. The wait time and service level has went down tremendously. I understand I may have to wait a few minutes but not 15 minutes total. This is closest BK to my job and I totally wasted my whole lunch waiting to get served and still get served.
