The parking lot was trashy and the bathroom stalls had feces and both men and women stall. BK look like a ghost town no employees because they were sitting in there vehicle which was only one vehicle in the parking lot.. I wouldn’t order because if the bathrooms and parking lot nasty then the utensils to cook and prep food would be aswell. If I could score a negative -1000 I would.

This review is about BK in Montgomery on the bypass, wetumpka side. They were terribly understaffed, only two people working and one was new. Had window going and we went inside. No cooks, only two people in the store. Don’t know why, didn’t ask. Good was ok, but it took over 18 minutes to get the food. That’s how long from the time I started actually keeping the time.

This is the WORST Burger King. The service is always horrible. Part of my order was a large onion ring and 2 sauces. I also got a sandwich. I went to check the bag, the sandwich was on top of the onion rings. I saw the package and assumed they were in there so I was okay with that. I did not notice my sauces(ranch & bbq). I got a zesty, which I am not a fan of. I went inside and asked for my two sauces and the manager (in all black) said “you got the zesty.” I said “that’s not what I asked for.” She replied “I don’t care what you asked for,” while handing me the two sauces I requested and said “HERE.” When I got to the office, onion rings were the kids meal size. They are doing this on purpose. I don’t go there a lot, but any time (out of the three or four) times I’ve gone something is wrong and they refuse to give sauces and have horrible attitudes. (ON TOP of a 15 minute wait most times.)

Pretty terrible BK experience here multiple times. I assume they are short staffed because the previous visit they had the lobby locked up right despite their lobbies being open. Today I went up to the drive thru with maybe 3 cars in the line who have already ordered. They said “hold please” and then left me sitting for maybe five minutes. Then after making me wait they took the other lanes order first. The breakfast croissant I got was soggy like it was sitting too long. Just not great service for a newer location in a less than busy area.

The worst burger king burgers we’ve ever had. I had a Whopper Jr, my child had cheese burgers and my husband had Texas double whopper. Alll the meat must have been cook earlier that day, 5/5/2023 @ appx 10:30 pm, because, they were dried out and hard around the edges. The only thing that tasted as expected was the onion, because they had to cook them, and the drinks. A waste of “curse word” money. My advise, don’t go there after 10pm.

Got there at 10:20PM on a Saturday. Google says they don’t close til midnight. Drive thru immediately said all they have is chicken sandwiches and fries. Waited for 15 minutes because teller said he needed “1 minute”. Never got our food. Gonna go heat up a Tyson chicken patty at my house to get the same quality food for a fraction of the time with no hassle.

Sat at the drive thru respectfully for 10 min another gentleman pulled up to the other lane after me hurried them by saying hello loudly into the microphone until they helped him first after he pulled off I let two more minutes pass and spoke was ignored and instead they took the person who pulled up to the other lanes order. If the lane I was in was out of order it should have been marked

Went in to order around 2:30pm. An employee was counting down a money drawer. He politely said he would be with me in a minute. I waited a while, then an older, also polite lady took my order. My double whopper with cheese was correct but it wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. I miss the days when we received a nice, HOT, burger instead of room temperature. There was no ice in the self-service customer ice machine. The Diet Coke was flat and nasty tasting. They put a little ice in the cup I received. I got myself a refill with no ice. The place was filthy with all kinds of food and used napkins on the floor. The two ladies working were doing tasks non-stop. The manager and two other employees were on their phones the whole time I was there. Obviously, there was plenty of free time, while on the clock, to take 10 minutes to at least sweep the floors and wipe the dirty tables off instead of me having to ask for napkins so I could clean a table. There were no napkins,no ketchup, or mayonnaise on the customer self service counter. Very poor representation by the lazy employees!
