THIS BURGER KING IS THE ONE IN FORT PAYNE, HARD WORKING STAFF EVEN WHEN SHORT HANDED, THE BK IN RAINSVILLE IS A MESS A DISASTER POOR SERVICE, AND THEY MESS YOUR ORDER UP 3 OUT OF 5 TIMES, AND ARE RUDE ABOUT CORRECTING IT. I DRIVE THE EXTRA 5 MILES ROUND TRIP TO GO TO THE BK IN FORT PAYNE!!

Visited the Fort Payne location on 3/2/22 at 6:52 PM to cure a Whopper craving. Noticed that the inside of the store wasn’t busy, practically empty so we decided to go in. Placed our order and waited for our food. Took a while to get our order and noticed that we were given onion rings in one order instead of fries. I didn’t take it back because it took so long to get our food in the first place. As we were eating another customer came inside with a complaint with their order. We finished our meal and left. As we were leaving yet another customer was walking in with their food bag. I used to frequent this location when I worked in town, hate to see it go down hill.

Went thru the drive thru 1/23/23 person in front of me. Waited 20 minutes to place order. Was told they were having issues but i could still get a chicken sandwich. Waited another 25 minutes after placing order. Left drive thru and went inside to complain. I get 1 hour for lunch. 45 minutes wasted with no lunch. Thanks for nothing. 3 people went without lunch. You should have temporarily closed until equipment was back in operating condition. You suck. Looks like I’m going to start going to McDonald’s.

The line was extremely long in the drive thru and several people left. Inside of store had only 1 or 2 customers,so I can’t see what the hold up was. Once at the speaker,we waited a long time until the waiter asked to take our order. We ordered and the food was really good,but the drinks tasted like carbonated water with no soda syrup. I hope they get some more help,so this can be given the 5 stars it once had!
