Went through the drive through and the menu read as 2 for 4 croissants. I ordered the food and was told they were no longer that price. When I suggested changing the sign or more people were gonna ask for that price the person rudely replied that they had no control over that and cut me off from ordering the rest of my food by telling me to pull forward. I wasn’t rude and only nicely stated the menu was incorrect. What about false advertisement? Are you not supposed to give the item for the price shown no matter what? No wonder this place only has a 3 star rating.

He is polite and apologizes at the slightest inconvenience and fixes the issue quickly and with grace. If he isn’t a manager, he should absolutely be considered! The woman standing (note I didn’t say working) at the register was about as interested in taking my order as she was pleasant. ZERO for both. If she was even awake I’d be surprised. I have sat in the drivethru, currently for 45 minutes. The issue being that I only get a limited window for a lunch break and now won’t be able to eat the food I’ve been waiting for. I understand this location is short staffed but also, the entire world is short staffed. If your going to advertise as fast food, but are also consistently not able to serve people in a timely manner there is an issue. This restaurant is never ran in a timely manner and has gotten out of control

Where do I even begin??? This Burger King needs MAJOR help. Today is the second time in a row that I have gotten home with my food and had to go back because they didn’t not give me part of my order. There was no one even in line when we ordered. Both times the food was cold and not fresh and the chicken fries, when I finally got them, were fried to a crisp and scrawny. What really got me is when we said we wanted a plain bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a mini burger with no patty! When we arrived to Burger King BOTH times today, workers were inside arguing, outside smoking, and sitting in their cars. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen and the workers are always rude. I will definitely not be going back to this Burger King.

Burgers, good! Nuggets, good! Ice cream, good! Taco, BAD! This BK is fine and the standard food is good, but Taco Bell has never had a better advertisement than the BK Taco. I will say the chicken nuggets were surprisingly good… just don’t get the taco, ever. Never ever. I was hoping it would be good, but I put it straight in the trash. I added a pic of what I got and what is advertised. BK corporate should be ashamed to make their franchises sell this.

I went to the one on Whitesburg. It wasn’t busy so I went in cashier wasn’t friendly ,fries were cool and the small whoppers I got made me sick.I won’t g0 back.
