So much nicer than the beltline location. Whereas that location, being closer, will never see my bussiness over this lovely experience comparatively. The staff wants to work and enjoys it and it is just so wonderful to see them enjoying the company of the staff and customers alike.

I went to the drive thru because the lobby was already closed. I ordered my burgers without tomatoes, and they put tomatoes on them anyway. I had to wait at the first window while my food was being prepped…which was really weird. Nothing was right. The drinks I ordered were wrong. The fries weren’t crispy, and the burgers were almost cold. Your night crew really needs to pay attention to detail, and the restaurant’s standards. Burger King used to be my favorite…until I went to this one. ’nuff said.

This burger king might as well close. Any time I have been here after 8pm they say there no longer taking orders. Beltline burger King has better service and the online hours match there store hours I understand being short staff and if that is the case updating the store hours would work. I went on a Wednesday because my son wanted some bk for lunch thankfully Beltline bk helped him with his craving!

The staff was polite & the order was correct. they are understaffed , & the area near the drink fountain needed cleaning. The male bathroom was clean. I gave 4 stars only because of the water standing on the floor in front of the drink area. The rest of the dining area was clean

I went to Burger Kind at 7pm and asked for my fries no salt so they would be fresh but they weren’t. I got some news ones and they taste like they had been fried in old grease. Then I got home and the burger was cold. This was a terrible experience.

Usually very fast for breakfast. Any time after 3 pm and the service is absolute trash. I was dumb enough to give the benefit of the doubt and wait just a longer. Well 37 minutes later I finally made it to the main window, where I waited for 8 more minutes. For a cheeseburger. Seems ridiculous, and I’m not proud to post how long I waited but I want to make others know. This isn’t the 1st or the 2nd time. It’s constant. The only reason for 2 stars is the breakfast crew.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Each car in front of us waited no less than 10 minutes to place their order once they reached the intercom. We had the windows down, so we could hear the employee speaking rudely to the customers once he decided to take their orders. Finally, the car in front of us reached the window, only to be told very rudely “We’re closed!”
