Horrible place Do not go here , is disgusting I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed. The employee making the food in the back was cursing out loud to her colleague and the manager didn’t even cared there’s customers present listening to this . I mean there’s kids here !!!!!! . There where this managers she was quite didn’t even said anything to her like we was confused of why she allowing this and continuing to put the customers food in bags . There was a lot of customers complaining our food was missing and the girl that works in the front don’t seem to know what a king junior meal is . I told her I want a 6 piece king junior meal so she was looking at me like what’s that ! U serious? Then I see my daughter king junior meal was put in a regular bag . With no toy , no cup or juice, this other girl was telling me what is my order yelling out loud I gave her my receipt she still didn’t put it in as a king junior meal bag smh . I asked before I left I’m missing a toy and a cup or a juice and a proper bag manager quietly fixed it up she seems upset of why is my daughter kids meal this way . I left drove of this crazy place , there where no straws for your beverages no napkins nothing looks dirty people where complaining never again . As I took my food out at the park I noticed my mozzarella sticks bag looks oily so I took a look inside I see my mozzarella sticks burned out oily dried mozzarella oil dripping out is horrible how I supposed to eat this ? I quickly checked my daughter meal her nuggets also looked burnt and dry like one of them crust was missing looks like I’m not going to trust this employee of how she cooked my child lunch her fries where under cooked to add I ended up throwing it away in the garbage then end up with a stomach bug or having my daughter getting sick out of this food . I waisted my money I don’t normally go to BK and trust me after this experience I will never go into another one .

Samyah was and is freaking amazing and whoever the cook is with her he made the best sausage biscuit I’ve ever eaten and I’m not joking I’ve never been to that Burger King and my first time was great. Y’all keep it up and don’t let people get you down remember you deserve better.

When we arrived into the parking lot, 4 of the members were standing outside 2 that looked obviously like they were on their break by the side door with their masks under their chins, another that was hanging into the window of a nearby car and another who was just returning into the building and turned around to tell us to go through the drive-thru as she said the lobby was closed. Once we were in the drive thru the cashier barely spoke up and was verbally impatient as she cut short our order and was forced to reenter it. They were out of Coca-Cola so we asked for sprite and root beer instead. When we got to the window, it was the same person who told us the lobby was closed. I provided my card and asked the cashier whether she needed the coupons we used and she seemed to get confused, then snapped back understanding what I said. Her eyes were heavy-lidded and she appear lethargic and the entire crew through the drive seemed to not want to be there. I was told I would have to pull around for my food after she gave us our drinks, not giving a clear reason or saying how long it would take, not even a minute after she gives us the drinks another employee runs up towards the window with the bag of food to hand it off with a rushed look on her face almost like she ran over. There was only 2 cars in the drive through including myself and when we opened the food we found that a large fry was missing when we went to eat the double whopper one of the patties was visibly pink in the middle and was cold even though the other fries weren’t, we checked the other burgers and they were fine, but we cold in the middle as well. We customers ask for speedy service, but we don’t mind waiting if it is to make sure our meals are cooked properly. The night crew didn’t give us a chance to wait to make sure it was cooked throughout or if all of our stuff was there. Please correct this, it seems like lately all fast food services after sundown are having this problem one-by-one in Fort Pierce and now I am starting to miss the Fort Pierce Steak and Shake that becase even though their food chilled faster and took longer to make it was always correct and completely cooked even though they got a bad reputation for dealing drugs to known customers through the drive through at least they weren’t dealing food poisoning out of pure laziness.

Cannot possibly be considered fast food. Sat in the Drive-Thru from 12:50 – 1:25pm during quarantine, (so no dining room customers), with only 5 cars in front of me . Gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were just extremely short staffed, only to pull up to window only to see at least five employees working with absolutely no sense of urgency . 35 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a basic $30 order that was correct, provided you really really like mustard and cold food. HUGE waste of money and time.
