Terrible Burger King. They didn’t have any ketchup at all. I asked the cashier and they said there is no ketchup. How do you not have ketchup at a fast for restaurant? The cashier was also making the burgers and some how my burgers had ketchup. Next the soda machine was slick. It’s the one that has all the flavors of color products. Unfortunately all they had was sprite. What a mess. Felt like I was in a 3rd world country. Next i had to beg for napkins and lids. For some reason they don’t have anything out front. You constantly have to ask someone behind the counter for items. Seems to me like the owner of this BK is a cheapskate. Avoid this location like the plague. I didn’t even talk about the food. Of course the fries were stale. The lettuce was old and the bar minimum on lettuce. Just shut this place down please.

We went to get a quick bite before heading back home, we don’t live in Kissimmee. The “manager”, Anyil, was screaming across the whole restaurant at another employee, obviously on her break. We didn’t get waited on for over 20 minutes. Then when our order was taken, it was wrong. We were charged for items we did not order. When I asked the “manager” to refund my order, he refused. Claiming that the GM told them that they couldn’t give refunds. After I wouldn’t let it go, he began arguing that I ordered exactly what I was charged for. Since this involved food, I wasn’t about to eat anything that was fixed by anyone there, due to the heated discussion. We left. With NO FOOD, since we didn’t want to eat a spit sandwich. And no refund. BEYOND MAD. I guess my next step is to speak with someone at corporate. Not sure if that would do any good.

Took them 3 times to add my bacon. Maybe if the cooks took off the airpods, they could understand. Place looks like a hurricane ran through it.

Honestly this establishment just needs to get shut down. A week ago you had no burgers. Today I go to order and there is “No Cheese”. I ordered a simple King Jr. Meal Burger since there was no cheese and repeated 2 times “without MUSTARD”. I get my order, leave to work just to find out at the office the burger is slapped with tons of mustard.
