Stopped while traveling for a quick bite later in the evening. Don’t ear fast food much but I was in a hurry and had low expectations. The lady at the counter was all smiles and incredibly friendly. The food was hot and fresh, very pleased with my dinner at this location!

Picked up breakfast here. First time in a long time. I guess now I know why I stopped eating breakfast from BK. Hash browns were barely cooked. Soft and soggy. They also had a sweetness to them because they put them in the same bag as the pancakes. They basically tasted like pancakes. Grrr. Egg and cheese biscuit had an odd flavor and was beyond salty. Flat coke. Literally everything was terrible. Huge waste of money. Never again!

The manager tried to help me out with the coupon problem that I was online that was it it didn’t work then one of their employees came in and stood directly behind breathing down and then another employee the was acting like he the cashier he was acting like he didn’t know that I needed my drinks for then the guy that was standing behind me walked up to me and ask me am I having a bad day those two employees need to be retrained on manters period while they trying to be funny with a disable person that can’t see that good or hear and ya gift cards don’t work. The lady cashier was nice as well as the lady manager on the evening shift it’s 6pm . So kudos to them two ladies the guy cashier can get fired or retrain I will never return to this location due to the two young guy employees can go else where

Burger King used to be one of my favorite places. I guess maybe the management has lowered their standards in regards to who works for them. This wasn’t the first time I was supposed to get a toasted sandwich and it was supposed to be sourdough and instead of sourdough it’s white bread. I’m very disappointed. The same thing happened to me at this Burger King as well as another Burger King in Richmond Virginia. I asked for the sandwich and it was supposed to be nice and toasted and it was supposed to be sourdough. Both times it was not sourdough, plus the bread was not toasted at all so I had to go back by the time I got home and this was in both instances. And in both instances they barely toasted it for me just enough to satisfy their thought of what needed toasting. One side was partially toasted. The point is when I go out to have food and pay for the services of somebody making it for me well you expect that it’s going to be done the way that it says the restaurant is supposed to do it. But not so nowadays even Popeyes. It’s just ridiculous nowadays people don’t even care anymore, and it saddens my heart to see that. Thank you for the not-so-good experience

This BK is right next to I-75 and is very busy most times. The drive thru is notoriously slow so prepare for that. Inside much quicker.

been going there for years, and the last 3 weeks i have been given an incorrect order….each time the reciept said no onions and each time the burgers have had onions on them….this last time a manager came to the window and was very rude…not a customer service person….i am always plesant with drive thrus.alway very friendly, but i am very dissatisfied with this person who handled my exchange…i wanted to give the 2 wrong bergurs back and she refused me, if i would have walked in the stor like previous times they would have taken them…this sore is very poor customer service, if i went there with an attitude i could understand, but as always i was plesant.and i did not go inside because i did not want to cause a problem…….

I arrived at 940pm waited patiently ordered around 957pm. I was asked to leave the lobby and fountain drinks where shut off by 10pm. Lady said it was managers orders. I waited with a patiently and I couldn’t be given the time to eat and have a refill when I was done. I never complain much but this was humiliating tobbe treated like that. Couldn’t even wait for the lobby to be empty I tried to be as fast as possible in eating.

Disappointed with this location due to it took 12 minutes to get my sandwich and fries after I ordered in drive-thru. I was the second car in line. Fries were cold by the time I got them. Tried to do online survey to get my free sandwich and it wouldn’t let me do the survey.
