After a long day of working in the sun, I decided to treat myself to a burger and fries. I’m normally not very picky when it comes to my fast food. But the food was just awful today. The fries were actually cold on the inside and hard as a rock.. Some of my chicken nuggets were a dark brown color and inedible. My onion rings were at least warm but very soggy. Not only that, but I got sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. The only thing that came out right were the two Whopper juniors. I know I came at an odd hour. 3:00 p.m. is kind of a dead time. But I expected the food to be better than what I got. I’m just a disappointed customer who was looking forward to her late lunch.

We went out here after we did outreach in the community. It’s always a great place to get a quick bite. They have plenty of tables space so if you just want to sit and fellowship with friends. I only ordered to drink I did not order any food. Therefore I cannot comment on the food at this time for this restaurant I definitely recommend Burger King over all because it’s inexpensive and you can get a good meal

Ordered in the drive-through. Employee pleasant. Waited longer than usual for two small burgers. Got handed my bag of food and rushed off. Upon opening burgers find that wrapper soaked in grease. Both bottoms of burgers are extremely hot while the tops are cold. The cheese and bun look like the burger was microwaved. Extremely disappointed. I really miss the old store manager here! I’m VERYYYYY annoyed with whatever district manager thought it was a good idea to transfer her wayyyy out almost on top of the world… I only know this because I meet my daughter’s father out there when we do drop off and pickup and just happened to see her one day. She had only been at this store for a year and a half and they transferred her, doubling her commute and pretty much signing this stores death certificate. As soon as she left it’s been downhill. We use to come twice a week (sometimes more) and it was really just because they were all so good to my daughter and I. They all remembered us and it made me want to go back. First, my daughter’s favorite employee, Haley (which is also my daughter’s name) quit then they transferred the manager… My food hasn’t been made fresh since. Like tonight we waited for 20 minutes to get food that wasn’t even fresh… I didn’t even eat it. That’s bad when I won’t even eat something… I’m sick of throwing away money I don’t have. It’s just ridiculous.

I ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich meal with onion rings and a frozen cherry drink, medium sized, in the drive thru. When I got to the pick up window, I was told no frozen Cherry, so I asked for a lemonade. I pulled out and got down the road before I put my hand in the bag to get an onion ring. Imagine my surprise when I had french fries! I ate one and it was nice and hot and salty, so I took a drink of my lemonade, which surprisingly, was water! No lemon whatsoever!! I called the store when I got home and called the store. The woman told me to come back and she would give me onion rings, then she told me their lemonade was light. This was water! Not light lemonade! She told me she couldn’t exchange a drink, and they charge for a medium water!! I will never go back again! Poor customer service!!
