We were given our drinks and, as usual more often than not at this particular location, they asked us to please wait in the order pending parking spaces. The chocolate milkshake ordered wasn’t even stirred fully! The Whopper had tomatoes that were over ripe and almost liquid.

We order online to make it easier, faster, and have less interactions with other humans. I guess I’m more of a introvert when it comes to small interactions. I pulled up to the drive thru and game my order number and name. Kayla, asked me to pull up to the second window. In my mind I’m thinking, we’ll it’s an online order so maybe so I’m not waiting long for it they are asking me to pull up directly to the window that’s going to give me the food. Wrong! I skipped a truck, and when got to the window Kayla is super mad and tells me to circle around because I can’t skip the next car. Honestly, I understood and told her that I was following her instructions and that I thought she meant to skip since it was an online order… well she cut me off half sentence and said, “it’s common sense that if I say pull up to the second window it means to pull up behind the other car.” I replied with I know, however because this is an online order I thought.. and she cut me off again and didn’t let me speak at all. I didn’t talk over her because why cause a scene for a mistake that I made and accepted. When she was done repeating herself I asked for her name and she slammed the window and walked away with out answering me. So I went around, stood in line. When I came around the window again, you could hear her telling everyone at the restaurant how stupid I was. I have no problem with that, again, I accept the mistake I made. I asked the other gentleman there to please provide me her name and he kindly did. Once I received the food I asked for the manager and Tiffany came out. My first sentence out of my mouth was, “I made a mistake, I apologize for it but let me explain how I was following instructions.” She stopped me and said, “sir it’s common sense to wait in line.” I told her that I know she already talked to Kayla, however she was not listening to my side. She literally looked at me like if I was dumb and let me explained to her the whole online situation. Her reply was, “yeah, no. Her attitude may had been nasty but you don’t have common sense.” I didn’t see a point arguing with her so I asked for her name as well and she very rudely said “I’m Tiffany the general manager of this place” and slammed the door as well.

This is my first, only and last time at this Burger King. The food is typical BK. The service was slow, girl said her help didn’t show up…ok, no problem. As we waited 25 minutes for our (fast?) food, we observed some shady/sketchy folks in the adjacent parking lot. They looked like they were trying to make a drug deal happen. Suddenly a car pulls into BK parking lot, female gets out, walks to sketchy dude and exchanges something with him. As soon as that happens, dude walk off quickly. Female gets her purse and keys, sprays herself with something and walks in to start her shift at BK ten minutes late. Don’t think I want to eat here again. I noticed this area of town has some iffy looking folks.

So my review is a one star because I order a Fanta and they gave me a high C and my child’s meal I asked for no cheese on a burger and she’s allergic to cheese. She took a bite out of it and she broke out in hives do not go to this Burger King Because it is just astronomical

This location is in a crime ridden area and not my favorite. They have no free wifi to prevent homeless coming there for that but also means none available for guests or kids which bothers me more than the homeless. One manager a couple years ago was even turned to drugs by the customers in the store who are addicts living in this area. Because it’s such a bad area last I went there it seems they staffed what appears to be undercovers there. The older woman even after months of being there still showed she never worked a register in her life and was ignorant to the job and obviously distracted by her real job. Being waited on by her was painful to say the least. If not an undercover then she needs a lot more training. Always have government benefits people around the parking lot for phones and tablets but unfortunately they seem like undercovers too and I wouldn’t take what they offer right now. No I am not paranoid check my other reviews it’s just obvious. To be expected in such a crime ridden area but still aggravating to be waited on by staff not trained for the actual job. The feds there are actually more aggravating than the homeless they turned the wifi off because of. One upside it’s it one of few places with a child’s play place left but it’s daunting to consider taking your children there in light of the crime in the area and obvious sting they are doing to try to control it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a BK in my life and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue at this location. I literally ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with a coke. This is what I received- a freezer burned chicken patty that’s hard as a rock, with mayo that was yellowish brown in color like it has been sitting out and 2 hard pickles on the bun. The crispy chicken sandwich is supposed to come with lettuce tomato and Mayo- mine was also missing the lettuce and tomato. I took 1 bite and spit it out. It was absolutely disgusting and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The fries were cold and the coke was flat. This is ridiculous that this BK thinks it’s acceptable to serve food like this. If I could give no stars I would. Don’t eat here. Ever.

We picked up the food and we were miss a Medium Onion Ring, Medium French Fry, AND a Coke. There were very understaffed and every worker was moving SOOOOO SLOW. Yall need to get N. 1 more workers, N. 2 better workers. The onion rings we did get were soggy and cold and half of the other food needed to be microwaved. Overall, not a very good Experience. 2 Stars.

They must be severely under staffed to have a drive thru wait greater than 20 minutes. Did not give straws, forgot 2 of the 6 piece chicken tenders and the sauce.
