The nicest Burger King I ever ate at.

Nita’s customer service was the best I have ever had, by far, at a fast food restaurant. She was better than most servers I have encountered at sit down restaurants! She made the experience truly great. She needs a raise and a promotion!

The food here is ALWAYS fresh! Best BK ever since they put the new one up. However, I would come once a week through the mobile app, but now this store isn’t available on mobile ordering. I won’t be back until it’s back up on the app. Thank you and hope to come back soon!

Hot and fresh food. Pleasant service. Clean.

See pictures of food. Atrocious. Dining room tables disgusting, NOT a clean table. Medium fries only 3/4 filled. Whopper smashed down and not hot, made poorly. The lady who took my order appeared very impatient with me.

beautiful new building (they needed that) – food and service still lacking – got 2 Whopper Jrs. the other day – they were cold and dripping with mayo! Took the receipt back and manager gave me a hard time as I had the expedite ticket and not the “paid” receipt – who knew – Anyway I don’t think I look like someone trying to pull a fast one! Especially when we also got fries, nuggets and a milshake – I didn;t complain about those nor did I ask for replacements.

First time I was in the drive through line for 30min looked like there were 2 people working. Second time drive through was out on Seminole. Went inside was completely ignored. I waited 10 min then I left. As I was leaving the kitchen staff all piled into an employee car doing who nos what. Won’t be back.

Arrived Friday at 8pm. Dining room was closed but drive through was open. 1 car in front of us so it was not crowded. We ordered 2 whoppers with fries. Had to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes.

I guess today was my last day at this store. Ordered an impossible whopper without onions but extra cheese. What I got was a cold … not even luke warm … but really fridge-cold burger without my cheese, but plenty of onions which I’ve been deselecting. Also my wife’s chicken sandwich was terrible. She complained about stomach pain after that.

Drove through today and saw the melts on the menu. Tried to order one,” we don’t have those anymore” I tried to make a joke about how it’s unfair to have it on the menu still because pregnant cravings are no joke. This lady, in the rudest way possible cut me off to tell me “we have no control over what is displayed on the menu, corporate does”. I said I was joking and again was cut off with the rudest “well some people tell us how to do our jobs” I drove off. I had every right to be upset that what was displayed wasn’t available and the better customer service response should have been “I’ll let my manager know to tell corporate that is causes problems when they dont update our menus properly….I’m sorry about that.” You are the point of contact for the company at that time. It’s your job to take ownership and apologize. I understand that people can be rude, that’s part of the job Lady…. And your attitude will only bring more rude responses. District manager get better help, or train them better.
