Some of their crew members need to get a personality. Or work in someplace that doesn’t require to work with the general public. Doesn’t take much to be courteous to your customers. Soda machines not working then get rude with customers who are unaware as the person taking your order didn’t state anything about it. They mumble so you have to ask them to repeat what they’re saying. Doesn’t hurt to say have a nice day or you’re welcome when a customer is friendly.

So anxiously waited for my son to get off work so he could go to buy me breakfast I was starving only for him to come back with a supposedly 5 piece French toast clearly uncooked and if those are 5 pieces dont want to see what’s the 3 piece are and a large clump of hash browns dry and obviously cooked in old grease, who’s cooking better yet who’s training oh and better yet who’s supervising… mad lost my money along with my appetite..Horrible

Where to start. SMH. Dines in. No one there. Never is. All tables dirty . Had to wet a napking and clean my own table. Always like this. Ordered 2 whoppers “of the broiler” waited for food for a while knowing we would have alitlle wait. Recieved the food. Not off the broiler. Cold meat. We bring it to managers attention. Wow at how rude and combative she was. With no reason. We didn’t even ask to remake the food SMH. If locations have down sales . Check who you have as leaders .

Man…. I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews on fast-food places because, well, it’s fast-food. I should expect too much. However, this HAS to be the worst Burger King ever. I only visit this location once or twice a month on my way to work. Conservatively, I’d say about 60% if my orders are wrong. I’ve written Corporate, no response. I’ve tweeted at BK, no response. I’ve filled out the surveys and asked to be contacted, no response. Corporate is just as bad as the stores.

Drive thru is a matter of luck, odds are not good, maybe 1 in 10 chance of your order being right, but of course I don’t learn. When one has a limited time for lunch is easy to forget to check your food, when you have time to finally eat is usually too late to turn around. Today was one of those days, I asked for no onion, pickles or mayo and of course got all, together with extra “burnty” crispy nuggets. And they also make sure you don’t get the part of the receipt that gives you the survey code, there is ways around it though.

Out of Chicken Fries and Sweet Tea. Had to go back through the drive thru because we were missing a Whopper. We were the only ones in line and they didn’t know what we ordered lol had to give them the receipt to get the missing whopper even though it looked like they had it ready when we pulled back in.

Stopped by because the Popeye’s next door seemed closed. Placed order for the new Quad meal and one of the $5 meal deals. Though the speaker at the drive thru was extremely loud, the woman that took the order was very pleasant and repeated the order back. The woman at the window was also very nice and while processing my card handed us our drinks. I heard her advise “the Crew” what order she was waiting for…the Quad…she was handed a bag, which she then handed to me and even gave me the sauce I asked for last minutd for the nuggets. Got home and found nothing we ordered in the bag. “The Crew” let us all down. The two front end folks did a good job. Didn’t bother to call the store manager since I won’t be going back to that BK no matter how hungry I am.
