I order there sometimes when I don’t feel like cooking. I tend to go there because the prices are cheap. I ordered breakfast recently and they messed up my order by giving me a croissant instead of a biscuit. The food is sometimes soggy and not crisp

I’m new to the area and I’ve gone to this establishment twice thus far. There seems to be an issue with my order each time. The first time that I went after ordering on the BK app, I was stuck in line for over 15 minutes while the same car sat at the drive through window. Once I received my food, the milkshake was disgusting. The second time, I went for breakfast. My food was lukewarm, & the hash browns were soggy and filled with grease. I do not think that I’ll ever buy food from this location again as I’ve already wasted my money there twice on food that I did not eat.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. They constantly “forget” to include your food in your order. And if you try to call the store or corporate office, no one answers. They also conveniently forget to give you a receipt so you can’t do the survey. If you try to issue a complaint on the website, it will stop working midway through. Seems like they can just get away with stealing your money. They weren’t even busy this morning and my order was small so they had no excuse to forget any food.

Whatever you do do not go there after about 8PM. Half of the time they say no were out of meat!!! Last time I called there. I told them that I was going to be calling corporate because I’m sorry you do not run out of meat four times in a week. And this is going on for months on end. I asked if I could speak with the manager and he said I am the manager. I was like are you kidding me. We ended up calling in a DoorDash and the DoorDasher said unfortunately I can’t get your food because they’re saying we are out of meat. So I said no way. So I told them to please hold on one second while I contact the store. I contacted the store spoke with him as I speak with the manager then he decided to tell me he was the manager. It escalated, it did not get very nice whatsoever, and I just decided that You know what I’m just gonna leave a review and let people know exactly what it’s about. Give it a thumbs up if you know what I’m talking about, because I think anybody who’s in the Apollo Beach area knows exactly what’s been happening

Both Google and the Burger King app show they close at 1am. I placed an order @ 11:30 and got there at 11:56pm. They told me they didn’t receive any order and are closing in 3 minutes… Also said they didn’t have any meat, which i ordered an impossible burger. Apparently it’s impossible for them to hire any worthy staff. Wouldn’t go there again, glad I don’t live down here.

I chose to buy food for homeless individual. there was absolutely no traffic. I sat in line for 15 minutes and I asked the manager what was the holdup he ignored me and then he gave me my cash back and promised me he would pay and give the homeless person his food which he completely ignored gave me cash back from my purchase then I went to walk inside he locked all the doors and was completely unappreciative of my business this young individual should not be running a business whatsoever.

I work in the same plaza as this burger king and I’ve been coming here off and on for almost three years. I have asked for a chocolate shake every time I order and have been told every single time, without exception, that they aren’t serving shakes at the moment. It’s kind of hard to believe they’ve been out of shakes for almost 3 years. No one cleans the shake machine during a lunch rush unless they just don’t feel like making them. I don’t think I even remember what they taste like at this point. Please make me a chocolate shake. I’d even settle for vanilla (so gross). I’m 80% convinced you got them back there and you just won’t give me any. I smell a conspiracy.

I would give them a NEGATIVE 5 if I could. They are very illiterate, rude, and nasty. Even management! After placing my order at the drive-thru, I was told to pull around. I sat at the 1st window, and no one ever came. I also so an employee peak around the corner as if he was trying to see if i was there at the window. Needless to say, he did not tell me to pull forward to the next window, nor did he hold up his finger to acknowledge that he would be right with me. Sooooo, I took it upon myself to just pull forward to the 2nd window after I saw one of the employees standing there with her arm hanging out of the window as if she was waiting on me to pull forward. As I was pulling up, I saw her close the window. I waiting for 1-2 minutes, and finally another (fatter than the first) lady came to the window and said, “you had the cheeseburger.” I said yes. I then said that I was sitting at the window back there and no one ever came. She ignored me the 1st time. I then asked, how was I to know that I was to bypass the 1st window and pull to the 2nd window. She said we just tell people to pull forward, and then she closed the window in my face. No apology or anything for them not communicating correct directions to me. When it was time to send my food out, she didn’t come back to the window, nor did the girl that was standing there when I pulled up. They sent this weird looking do-boy to the window, and when I asked what was her name, he refused to give it to me. He then yelled across the restaurant and said hey she’s asking for your name, but I don’t know if you want to give it to her. He then said that he’s not allowed to give out the employee names. I then asked for the store number. I will be contacting corporate. Again, they are rude and nasty AF! I wouldn’t recommend a starving homeless person to go there because of how they may be treated.

It’s was 6:45 pm. What horrible service, just horrible. I ordered a Rodeo Cheese burger cooked to order and got it luke-warm from sitting under a heat lamp. Took it back and asked for another one and then got a super-hot micro-waved sandwich… you can tell because everything was over heated. Then I took it back and ask for my money back and was told by this FAT MANAGER that they don’t refund. This place is well known also for it’s poor performance. You can waiting in line, with only 2 cars in front of you, for 15-20 minutes and then not get what you ordered. Again, horrible service!

This burger king is awful! They are rude. They take forever and a day to not only get your order but to even come up to the drive-thru. Somebody from higher-up management needs to go put them in their place. They never have anything, the employees are lazy. My husband went to this location on one occasion and wanted onion rings he was sitting in the dining room. One employee stated she didn’t feel like making onion rings so she was told to tell him that they don’t have any more onion rings. Again they are rude to the customers and also to each other. I love burger king’s burgers but this location is not worth my time. In my opinion, all burger kings are slow. Has anyone else noticed that or is it just me? Currently sitting in the drive-thru for about 47 mins now. My food is already paid for so don’t do it yourself! There should be a zero-star rating
