We were passing by this BK on a trip heading home on Sunday 20 Aug ’23. The order was placed sometime around 5:40 PM and the server at the window is a class of its own. We ordered, along other things, iced coffee and asked for one sugar, without realizing these are really not “iced coffee” but a pre-mixed drink with LOTS of sugar and my wife and I can’t drink such extremely sweet drinks for our health. We asked the lady if we could switch it to a hot coffee (again, no sugar), and her excuse was that it would take 20 min to get us either a hot cup of coffee or any other coffee drink. Since neither of us would drink it, but my wife had already placed the straw in there and tasted it (there was no other way to find out if this was a coffee or some sweet drink), we attempted to return it and asked for her to throw it away. The lady acted in the most impolite manner and said she would not accept the cup through the window and since my wife had already taken a sip she was no going to grab the cup!!! Are you telling us that she could not grab the cup by the sides like any other human would and toss the drink for us? It’s as if my wife had some transmittable disease and she would not accept the cup. Does she even realize that every single BK customer must accept the orders prepared by the individuals in the kitchen and we don’t know what the sanitation is like there, do we give a sigh of rejection because of that, or because maybe we may not like how a person handles the food to us? No, that’s not the case unless we observed something completely unsanitary or gross!

I went through the drive thru one morning and ordered a ice coffee and was given a hot. I express that I did not order a hot and the drive through lady was very unprofessional trying to argue with me, a customer. Staying over and over “ I know what I heard!” I had to remember I was in the trenches of the trenches…. The streets of belle glades. Literally my first time coming to belle glades passing through.

Probably the Worst staff and disgusting customer service I have ever been and witnessed. DON’T EAT HERE. Fries are refried. Worst of all the fries containers fell on the floor and the incompetent lazy staff placed back on shelf to serve fries to other Customers. When I complained the Staff member Oliva shrugged her shoulders.

They make you wait at the pay window after paying, till food is totally ready, then they let you move up to the next window. Strange!!! Meanwhile, the line to order is getting longer and longer. And food is always cold. Management stinks. They cause their own traffic jam.

I gave it 1 star because the service on my last 2 visits was terrible. I think they discontinued the kachup because they never have it, they don’t have ice, the food was cold…lol, cold food and hot drinks. And the worst thing is that the cashier was so rude when I asked for kechup she said that she had told me before ordering that they didn’t have any and when I told her that she never told me she just ignored me. And at the end when we were walking to the exit one worker come over and said to us that we are not supos to seat at the play area because is clouse. Next time they have to lock the door or put a sign cuz I’m not fortune teller

These people are so nice at this location. You can tell they want you to be happy with your experience. Doesn’t matter if you go to the drive thru or go inside. The building is brand new. Newly built. It came out really well. They keep it very clean too…I wish prices across all fast food places didn’t go up so high, but that’s everywhere, not just here. You can get a 5 dollar meal though. I would recommend this Burger King for sure.
