The staff is rude and, I’m sorry to say, just plain lazy! I have had numerous issues with this location. I once ordered ahead for pick up and they were unable to find me in their system and I showed them the confirmation and the money they took out of my account they made it seem like I was LYING!!! Or saying I ordered at the wrong place BUT you clearly saw the address matched!!!! After demanding that someone else assist me, the manager comes out of the office and was able to locate me. No apologies! Nothing!!!! Then countless other things since then but today I just had to come on here because submitting a complaint to corporate DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Again, the cashier got my order wrong and when I made a u turn to go back and get it resolved I was met with nothing but nastiness!!! If you don’t like your job… get another one! It’s not fair to the patrons to be treated with such disrespect!!!!!
